AMAZING hotel, close to beautiful beaches!

Pros: We liked the front desk agents (Paulo checked us in and was lovely!). They were friendly, helpful and profesional! They also helped when we found a lost dog in the street close to the hotel. The hotel was very clean and modern. We liked that they gave you beach/pool towels and that there was lots of outdoor seating for breakfast. There were many plant based options for breakfast, they had numerous alternative milk options, and the roasted tomatoes were delicious! It seems this hotel is owned by Once, which is great. It was very accessible and we'd love to bring our elderly parents here in the future (although the calas are not that accessible since you must take a long set of stairs to teach the beautiful beaches).

Cons: There could be more signs to help guest move around the hotel easily. The bar in the lobby had a very limited menu, and was sold of of MANY items during our two night stay! This was a huge disappointment because there are no restaurant options close to the hotel. We would love to bring our adopted dog with us next time, but the pet fee is ridiculous (30€/night). The dog hotel in Chipiona charges 20€/24 hours, so bringing your dog to stay with you at this hotel, costs more than care from a pet sitter!!

Pros: Big, clean, modern hotel with 295 rooms. Access to the beach. Enough sunbeds to go around. We paid approx €280 per night in August

Cons: Loud entertainment 10.30pm till 12.00. Either a €34 buffet or a limited restaurant menu choice dominated by fish. The only chicken option was rolled ham and chicken suitable for kids. Limited hotel information and only information in the room was a book telling you about all the key people in the business, which was bizarre as it did not tell you anything about what you needed to know(times facilities, services etc). The hotel is on an urbanisation so you have nowhere to easily walk out to. The friendliest member of staff was the cleaner, so those higher up the corporate ladder should learn to smile more. Smell of sewage outside the front.

A beautiful weekend at an excellent location

Pros: We had a very spacious and clean room. With access to the garden and in front of it we had sun beds to use. We did eat twice at the buffet, and we had a buffet breakfast as well. The choice was wide and of excellent quality. The restaurant was spacious and the employees very friendly. We tried as well the a la carte restaurant and the food was delicious. Even the pizza and toasties at the snack bar were very nice. The whole infrastructure was good including the spa pool. And the access to the little beach is incredible. You are just 50 meters away to what looks like a private beach. Amazing.

Cons: The only critique we would have is the fact that the hotel clearly says that no one is allowed to reserve the umbrellas and sunbeds around the pool. And whilst there is no run on those in the morning like you have seen on various videos online, the reality is that there were many sun beds and umbrellas reserved over lunch time and the majority of the afternoon without anyone using them, because people were either down at the beach, having their siesta or being somewhere else. And they were definitely not in the pool. Therefore, if you establish such a rule, then you should make sure as well that the employees do reinforce this by removing the towels of people that are not using the sun beds and umbrellas. Otherwise, there is no point in having those rules if no one respects them and/or enforces them.

Pros: spacious room, fantastic views, blackout curtains, connecting rooms. Very good breakfast. Entertainment.

Cons: Bathroom door was stuck and very hard to open/close in both our rooms. Lunch was very basic, quality of school lunch really. For 28euro pp I'd expect better food quality
