Pros: Beautifully-equipped hotel, with fantastic staff and a great location

Cons: I thought it was a little mean to leave a coffee-maker in the bedroom, but expect customers to pay for coffee capsules, milk, sugar, etc. I think a 5***** hotel should rethink that policy.

Superb hotel, perfect location for a relaxing break

Pros: Amazing location right next to a beautiful beach and within easy walking of some shops restaurants and bars. Great ambiance inside the hotel, lots of space and great amenities.

Cons: The bed mattress was quite hard. We did not realise that the buffet restaurant stopped serving at 9, quite unusual for Spain.

Beautiful Hotel

Pros: Absolutely beautiful hotel even in the rain! Which it did for our few days. Drinks on arrival and customer service was great. The Facilities are amazing Spa etc, quality of food and room products were excellent. The Room size was also amazing and the pillows and sheet quality were top quality. Location and views were stunning. The lighting system was amazing in the room and selection of tv channels was good. Best hotel we have stayed in for a long time and we travel regularly. Everything was perfect.

Pros: We've been coming here for about 15 years. For us, best hotel on the Spanish Coast. Staff so genuinely happy to see you again making you feel truly welcome and cared for. All the stress melts away by their welcome. Every day of our stay. We will definitely be back next year.
