Good for families with kids!

Pros: All inclusive with kids works just well for parents to needs to relax!

Cons: Tennis courts are not included in the information provided course seems to be as a part of the hotel.

Pros: Amazing view, great breakfast and dinner! Family room was very spacious, our kids loved the stay!

Pros: Welcome drink at reception was a lovely touch, we spent our honeymoon here and got a lovely complementary gift as we entered our room

Cons: Can be quite noisy as all hallways are open plan but was fine after a certain time

A nice hotel stay.

Pros: The room was clean, tidy and comfortable with a good view over towards the beach. Breakfast was good with varied and ample selection and all the staff were extremely pleasant, courteous and helpful. The wifi was very good.

Cons: I know it was over Christmas holidays but the loud, live music in the evening times was not to our taste at all and could be heard loudly and disturbingly from our room. Looking back on it now we should have asked for a room further removed from the venue, however the events did conclude by 11pm or before which was acceptable.

Pros: The members of the Staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was very nice and spotless.

Pros: Very child friendly with activities and nanny included in the playroom, also appreciate the refillable water to reduce plastic

Cons: Itd be better If there's an entrance to the gym and baby playroom from the main building with a roof since it was raining

A good modern hotel with all inclusive options ideal for a relaxing break

Pros: Room was clean and spacious. Nice modern hotel with plenty of facilities. I booked all inclusive and all the buffet meals were of a good standard with plenty of choices available each day. Pools clean and a nice temperature. Its proximity to the beach gives you the opportunity to get some sand between your toes should you prefer that instead. There are fitness activities available throughout the day should you wish to get involved. The evening entertainment was good, with different shows on each night. Water machines available on each floor which was very convenient.

Cons: All inclusive is a bit expensive if like me you’re a non drinker as is the underground parking garage.

Nice hotel, good location on the beach,

Pros: The hotel and pool area was very good. Direct access to the beach was handy. Food was very good, better than some all-inclusive we've stayed in. We had booked bed and breakfast, rather than all-inclusive, so only ate dinner in the hotel one night, but the choice and quality was good. The range of entertainment, if you wanted to join in, was plentiful. My partner played a round of golf at the nearby club. All in all, I would definitely recommend the hotel if you want to stay in the Novo Sancti Petri/Chiclana area.

Cons: I think the room safe could have been included with the room fee, rather than having to pay a daily fee for its use. Also, the bar staff, who were very busy, often didn't fill your glass with drink when you ordered. This is fine if you're all-inclusive, as you'll just get another one, but when you're paying it's a bit galling when they don't give you a full measure.

Pros: We love this hotel and have stayed several times and will continue to do so.
