Perfect family stay in lovely area with high quality services

Pros: Perfect 9-nights stay with a family of 5. We got connecting rooms what was a great bonus. we had full board, good variety and quality of food. Breakfasts could vary more, but it's typical in all hotels... Very good gym and swimming pool, spa area included in price. Beautiful views, lovely beach, very nice pool area. Staff very friendly. New years eve party was great. Would definitely love to return.

Cons: The only thing I can complain about is waiting time at the reception. Despite 4 or 5 available desks there was 1 or 2 employees available at a time and very often there was a queue of guests.

Pros: Great choice of food at breakfast and dinner. Easy parking on site or on the road nearby. Very efficient and pleasant staff. Everything runs like clockwork. Lovely hotel!

Pros: Beautiful buildings. I stayed in a elegant, modern, comfortable junior suite room with sea views. Great gym, swimming pool and spa area. Very good food. Very kind staff. Amazing location. I absolutely love this hotel.

Love the hotel, staff, facilities and location

Pros: Regular guests, love the hotel and staff, very polite, nice abd helpfull

Cons: The sofa bed for child was very dust inside, we knew it bacause the child was coughing non stop when he was on that bed. Asked the reception to clean it and they did

Pros: The location is excellent, surrounded by incredible nature. The ocean is absolutely beautiful. The hotel is modern and very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable, which made our stay even more pleasant. We really enjoyed the breakfast — it was tasty, fresh, and offered a good variety of options. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to come back.

Pros: Friendly welcoming service, nice breakfast with good variety, beautiful beach. There are some free parking spaces nearby.

Cons: Would have been nice to have slippers in the room, without having to ask for them, the floors are quite cold. The breakfast on the weekend was very crowded, with a lot of kids, which is understandable but not everyone’s vibe.

Magnificent quality resort a must stay for several days!

Pros: Extremely impressed with their professionalism / customer service.. that went way beyond our expectations… and the best we experienced on our travels around France, Portugal, Spain. Pure class. We were passing through and found this lovely resort by accident. I recommend booking the ocean view because it is MAGNIFICENT! We were completely surprised of all the activities, restaurants and bars. The buffet is quality. We highly recommend to spend several days if not longer to feel the peace.
