A good hotel but with a checkin bureaucracy

Pros: Food was good and tasty. There local specialties like blood sausages and soeck. Rooms are clean. Cosmetics is good. Towels are new. Staff is friendly. The equipment in the gym is new. Beach is clean and the sea is wonderful. In spite of the disadvantages the general impression from the hotel was good.

Cons: Check-in bureaucracy like no other. Usually it takes minutes. Here it took a half an hour or more. A very long form. After filling the form it was a mistake and start filling again, then all over again. At first it was some system problem. Then they assigned my youngest daughter as the group leader with no option to change. And it was a mistake in the system because a child cannot be a team leader. So I gave up simply cheating the system by providing the wrong age to over-pass the system error. Then the underground garage and the car was registered to the child as well :) All pillows are not comfortable. Too hot in the gym and stinks with chloride from the SPA. I would add some room with a billiard or some games for the rainy days.

great hotel, great location, great weather, worth exploring!

Pros: Front Desk staff was very professional and friendly. I arrived and was not feeling well and they immediately showed sympothy, I got a water kettle within 10' of our checkin to be able to drink tea. throughout our stay they were very customer-friendly. Breakfast and dinner buffets were really good with many options and freshly prepared meals (show cooking). the restaurant and bar personnel were very friendly. same with Housekeeping service. the rooms are also quite spacious and the beds are comfortable. every room has a balcony to enjoy the weather. I don't know if it was only the time of the year, but there were no mosquitos!! the beach is a dream!

Cons: Parking at the hotel is available at a charge of EUR 15/ day! is not clear when booking. fortunately there is an option to park on the main street which was free of charge. the sun beds on the beach are chargeable! at at cost of EUR 8.50 per person!! something we never experienced before and should have been communicated during check in. the beach bar has season closing a day after we arrived, so being on the beach meant, paying, but having to return to the hotel for drinks, food or a visit to the toilette.

Relaxing but would not have wanted to stay more than 5 days as not much to do

Pros: The staff were very friendly. The breakfasts were very good

Cons: The facilities appeared a little clinical. The packing up of the outside pool started early considering the sun was still out! Thought it was a bit much paying for the hotel sunbed on the beach and feel that should have been included instead of extra.

Pros: Best place in Cádiz Área to spend family time by the sea

A beautiful hotel on a beautiful beach

Pros: It is a really beautiful hotel situated on a stunning long sandy beach. The decor is very elegant whilst still being comfortable and there are great facilities. The staff were friendly and helpful, and everywhere was spotlessly clean. The choice and quality of food and drink was excellent, and there really was something for all tastes. Our room was spacious and nicely decorated with a very comfortable bed and lovely en-suite. Our balcony had a very pleasant side sea view.

Cons: The only thing that let it down was that we arrived at 15.00 to check in, but we're told that our room wasn't ready and that we would be messaged when it was. As we'd only just arrived and hadn't received any information about the hotel, we had no idea where to go, other than to sit in the reception. We were told we could go for lunch but had already eaten. We finally checked in at 15.45, which we thought was quite a long delay. Everything else was excellent, and the friendliness of the bar staff and dining room staff more than made up for our initial impression
