Very relaxing & enjoyable

Pros: Love this hotel and facilities very comfortable friendly staff, dining room amazing and food selection to suit everyone! Visited 3 times this year can’t wait for next trip.

Cons: Can’t really fault it maybe but better evening adult entertainment as not much around the area.

Pros: Great for kids, clean and good facilities. Breakfast good. Coffee at breakfast bad, but otherwise all good.

Pros: It is a great place for families with small kids. They could have a lot of fun in the pool and other activities. We forgot my daughter's favorite toy and realized it being already on the road. I called the reception and they helped to find it and organize the delivery.

Cons: Our room was on the ground floor and we had ants in the bathroom. Cleaning services were solving that issue every day, but it spoiled the overall impression. We had just the breakfast included, and to find a place to eat out of the hotel was slightly challenging,as the hotel is located like nowhere.

Excellent

Pros: Friendly helpful staff, very clean room’s comfortable. Food great choice breakfast & dinner has two visits & another planned in October.

Cons: Nothing we didn’t like just we booked thru booking .com and the prices shown for breakfast €13 and dinner was €22.50 we were charged €21 each for breakfast & €26 for dinner I have notified them while dinner was more than reasonable breakfast we felt was a bit expensive and a big difference that what was shown.

Great place for families and kids

Pros: Very clean and spacious hotel, the garden is very beautiful and well maintained, also we loved the pool with the kids space. It’s great for families with kids.

Cons: The dinner needed more variety and the Hip Disco for the kids with music and animation only for the Germans kids.

Pros: The food was very good. Wide variety of choices especially breakfast. Front desk and staff in general were very friendly and helpful. Everyone coped well considering the blackout that was experienced during my stay.

Cons: The lack of plugs that worked. I was reduced to one. I did report this to the front desk on my departure. I had asked for a double bed but I understand it wasn't always possible. The twin bed I slept in kept moving despite being butted up against the other bed. At one point I was across the room, it must have had wheels!
