great location, nicely organised hotel
Pros: great location right by the beach big main pool some limited entertainment and 'animation' without it being annoying or excessive free hotel car park pleasant staff, good room cleaning very good breakfast buffet
Cons: selfish people from a certain country reserving prime sunbeds they then don't use for most of the day two single beds pushed together and with separate bedding, not really acceptable at this price is quite expensive for the facilities long way from Conil town, bus infrequent, taxi 9 euros one way gym small and of limited use

Pros: The well built & maintained facilities. Friendly and helpful hotel staff. Good outdoor areas with easy access to the local beach. Restaurant with good variety of food and drinks and fair prices. Good indoor pool, jacuzzi and sauna (this one additional but with very fair price) areas. Good entertainment shows and activities. Good bar and drinks.
Cons: During most of the day the room A/C felt insufficient to cool down during the hot days and good part of the night of our staying from 12 to 16 August. During one particular day, which was on Wednesday, the restaurant was fully booked for lunch time and was not possible to get any food from anywhere else in the hotel. Didn't know if this is a particular issue of that day only, but we were not warned about it, so we couldn't book for an slot in the restaurant. Other issue was to get taxi transportation to go from the Conil bus station to the hotel, when it took almost 2 hours to finally get one from the local radio taxi operator, so the hotel should try offering a shuttle or other similar service for guests not arriving with their own car.

Pros: The staff here go over and above. They work tirelessly to make sure your holiday is as good as it can be in every sense. They charged my phone at reception every day as I forgot my plug! The cleaner put suncream on my back where I couldn't reach! So much attention to detail. I love this hotel and feel part of something rather than just a number. If you want to experience the fun and warmth of Andalusian culture this is your place.

Complete rest at the amazing location, with wonderful staff
Pros: Spotlessly clean, comfortable and spacious rooms, amazing service, trully excellent approach of each of the staff members, great food (selection and quantity), stunning views, free parking. We really enjoyed staying here and had a nice rest. We highly recommend.
Cons: I'm sorry we didn't come at a time when there was live music. We'll try to make it right next time :-)

A wonderful stay with great food, warm hospitality, and a relaxing atmosphere.
Pros: I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The breakfast and dinner buffets were perfect, offering a wide range of delicious options to suit all tastes. For those looking for something more refined, they also had a restaurant which was open all day from 1:30 PM, at a very affordable price. The staff were truly exceptional always welcoming, and ready to assist whenever needed. In the evenings, the entertainment added a lively touch, creating a wonderful atmosphere. They also had plenty of sunbeds, ensuring comfort for everyone, along with easy beach access, making trips to the shore effortless. Overall, a fantastic hotel experience, I’d absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for great food, excellent service, and a relaxing environment.
Cons: The only thing I didn't like was that lunch service at the restaurant began at 1:30 PM, which felt slightly late. Aside from that, there was absolutely nothing to dislike.

Pros: Having stayed in many hundreds of Hotels over the last 40 years this one stood out. Nice location, spotlessly clean and a truly excellent attitude by every member of staff we came into contact with. A comfortable beach Hotel but elevated by lovely staff. I assume it is very well managed. We will make a point of staying here again.
