Overall, had a lovely stay at Jerez Hotel & Spa.

Pros: Outstanding customer relations at the registration desk!!! Massage in Spa was superb!!!

Cons: Lovely property, but felt a bit like flying Ryan Air. The room price was very reasonable, but everything else was expensive. And you are charged for EVERY thing!!!

Great location and faciltiies for a short stay

Pros: The hotel is in a great position but a good walk from the old town. The restaurant facilities are excellent and had a very good meal with exceptional service.

Cons: nothing, everything was top notch and staff were very helpful and knowledgeable about the area etc.

Great place to stay with nice facilities in the centre of a wonderful city

Pros: Room was spacious and comfortable with a nice balcony with a lovely view. The pool was a good size and had good sun loungers all around. Staff were all really polite and helpful. The restaurant within the hotel had some really nice food and drink.

Cons: Bathroom could have had a little care. And although not necessarily a bad thing it had a strong bleach smell when I first arrived in my room.

Great hotel on the edge of Jerez with easy parking and within walking distance of the centre of town

Pros: Really great hotel on the edge of Jerez, rooms comfy, air conditioning good, breakfast was a decent continental style with lots of space. The car parking is nice and easy and lots of room. Also a big outside pool with space around it. Lots of quirky things to look at in reception and space to sit. Also added benefit of the restaurant. A walk to the centre of town but not too bad.

Cons: Nothing.

It was an unforgettable weekend given my friends wedding - perfect location and amenities

Pros: I was officiating at friends wedding so whilst other guests were exploring Jerez I had to be sensible and stay at the hotel on Saturday! But had a very nice meal in my room and enjoyed the fact that the hotel was quiet at this time of year. On Sunday I was able to enjoy lunch in your terrace restaurant and a restorative swim in the pool - very relaxing!

Cons: Given I missed breakfast on Sunday I would have appreciated being able to get something to eat ahead of the restaurant opening at 1.30pm. But that's my only minor complaint.

A well run large hotel in Jerez de la Frontera with an excellent retaurant

Pros: The hotel is large and although we did not use the pool/pool area it looks to be large and well serviced. We enjoyed eating in the restaurant attached to the hotel. The food was excellent, good value and the staff were very efficient and welcoming.
