Very enjoyable and very convenient to walk into town

Pros: pool inside only just opened looked fine no did not view outside, breakfast was very good and the room was very good as well. Absolutely no complaints.

Excellent customer service

Pros: Excellent customer service. Had some minor issues with my room but, once I mentioned them to reception staff, they were dealt with swiftly. Attentive and helpful staff in reception and in the restaurants. Breakfast was great; even at busy times staff were replenishing the food. Both restaurants are really good. Room was comfortable. Have stayed here three times up to now and I always go back as it’s an excellent hotel.

Cons: It’s not right in the middle of the city but, because of that, it’s very peaceful. It’s a 15-20 minute walk / short cab ride to the centre (and reception are happy to order a cab, which doesn’t take long to arrive).

An opportunity to relax and enjoy Jerez.

Pros: The size of my room, my balcony, swimming pool, plus access to 2 bars.

Cons: I'd like a little more flexibility on when food or snacks are served. I had wanted a bread roll but couldn't get one until the kitchen opened. In a hotel of this size it's worth having access to a few basic snacks, like a sandwich, at more times.

Pros: Good location, friendly staff, and impeccable cleanliness.

Cons: A bit expensive, though justified by the Carnival season and its closeness to Cádiz.

Pros: Its location although all swimming pools were out of action.

Cons: The rooms were small. In the bedrooms no facilitates to make a drink and no water in the fridge. Car park charges - no mention in any information provided and exorbitant .

Fantastic value for money modern hotel would definitely stay again

Pros: Staff were super friendly, hotel was very reasonably priced for the quality, very clean and comfortable. Would stay again. Parking while not included is given at 50% discount and the price of the hotel was so cheap for the quality there was no issue whatsoever.

Cons: If they could extend the breakfast hours slightly but in fairness we did sleep in a bit.
