Lovely hotel in a great location. Very helpful & attentive staff.

Pros: The breakfast table was too small to fit all of the dishes and everything was brought to the table more or less at the same time. A buffet breakfast would’ve perhaps been better, or the provision of larger breakfast tables.

Cons: The breakfast arrangements.

Lovely, small 5 star hotel with a personal feel

Pros: It obviously is a 5 star hotel, so you do expect something really nice. The staff go out of their way to ensure you have an expectional stay. I liked the fact that it was a small hotel, so it felt very personal. Restaurant quite lovely!

Cons: Nothing - sure, it is a little pretentious

Beautiful and comfortable perfect location

Pros: Beautiful. Comfort. First class service and friendly staff. Welcome pack and flexible. Great location. We were able to loan a kettle in our room. Our bed was set up again fir nighttime. Good advice and help booking events and travel

Cons: We would have appreciated bigger cups in our room. Breakfast appeared set and nor flexible to our tastes. Quality was good but not as we would ask for.

Beautiful hotel with excellent service

Pros: Outstanding hotel, very worthy of its 5 stars. All staff very friendly and helpful. Our room was beautiful and the bathroom had a huge shower and free standing bath. All kept immaculate by the housekeeping team. We loved being able to sit and relax in the garden. We had two excellent dinners in the restaurant.

Cons: Nothing. Everything was perfect

Excellent Hotel

Pros: This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. The service was impeccable. The room was large and comfortable with a huge bathroom. Great view of the square outside. The location was perfect to get around Jerez. Highly recommend.
