Pros: Elegant, rustic, boutique vibe. Very well designed and equipped, with lots of original features and nice attention to the details. Our apartment had a pretty rooftop terrace, which in the summer will be amazing

Pros: clean apartement with nice and original decoration, close to the center. Possible to find car places at 500 m (end of March). Good wifi. Roof terrace.
Cons: not easy to find the house : is in fact on the corner of Calle Alegria and Calle Almendrillo (2 houses). Important to note : the apartments are managed by 3 persons working in shift. As consequence, they prefer to communicate through booking.com so that each of these 3 persons can follow the discussion and NOT using SMS to their personal smartphones. They always answer in Spanish (but understand English) even if you are communicating in English. This is quite disturbing. Difficult to make coffee when you have ground coffee (a large italian coffee machine or deep pans would be a positive point).

Pros: Virtually everything about Kala Atico was perfect. Beautiful renovated large apartment. Set on a corner plot with big windows on two sides. Has a big private roof terrace which is accessed direct from the apartment. Quirky but tasteful decor added to the ambience. Hot water failed but a call to the helpful host resulted in a engineer arriving in 15 minutes. Excellent service.
Cons: Parking is public pay as you go - not expensive but spaces are limited. It would have been nice to have a few coffee capsules (Dolce Gusto I think) provided to start off with.

Pros: The apartment is small but well appointed, with a bedroom, an ample living room, a bathroom and a kitchen area. There is also a wonderful roof terrace that can be reached via a steep staircase (be careful going up and down the steps!). The area is very quiet as it is away from the main thoroughfare of the city, which can be reached in 10-15 minutes by foot. The apartment is very nicely decorated, the bed is excellent and very comfortable and the shower is fantastic! The roof terrace is a great place to have breakfast or a drink (we didn't try to have dinner upstairs). The host, Pablo, was very friendly and always available. He shared with us some information about Jerez and places to eat, have a drink, etc.
Cons: The front door to the apartment could do with a bit of oil and is not always easy to open (we figured after a while that if you pull the door towards you and up, the key turns effortlessly). The toilet seat is made of plastic and feels a bit fragile/rickety at times.

Pros: Absolutely everything was wonderful! Pablo is a perfect host, he waited for us upon arrival with a bottle of wine, many tips about the city, with recommendations of restaurants and bars - he did everything to make us feel very comfortable. The apartment is very clean, nicely decorated, equipped with everything you could need, and the terrace is simply fantastic! The location is perfect, a few minutes from the center, right in the historic center. We felt at home from the first moment - thank you for everything, Pablo, we will definitely be back!

Pros: Smaakvol ingericht appartement, met oog voor detail. Op loopafstand van het centrum Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst.
Cons: Moeilijk bereikbaar met een auto. In de winter duurt het lang om het appartement warm te krijgen.
