Great central location with helpful staff.

Pros: Easy to access from the station just a short walk and very central. A warm welcome from staff. Nice breakfast, buffet style but eggs cooked to order. Very nice clean room.

Very pleasant stay in Jerez. Would happily stay in this hotel again.

Pros: Location was very good both for old town and the railway station. Good choice for breakfast. Comfortable room but felt a bit enclosed as no windows to the street.

Cons: See above. Would have preferred a room with windows looking on to the street.

Lovely and friendly hotel in a great location.

Pros: Lovely hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Decent breakfast. Great location. Would be amazing in warmer weather with roof terrace properly open

Cons: Could do with a bit more unpacking space eg more drawers and hangers. But this is a very minor point

A good value hotel perfectly located for public transport and sightseeing

Pros: I chose this hotel for location and price and felt it was very good value for money. The buffet breakfast was good (the staff offered eggs and bacon) with plenty of fresh fruit. I had a single room on the roof terrace which would have been lovely in more clement weather.

A cute hotel within walking distance from the train/bus station, yet practically in the city centre.

Pros: The hotel is within a 15-minute walk of Jerez’s train and bus stations (they are adjacent to each other), yet it is practically in the city centre. Despite this central location, it is set in a quiet square with no passing traffic, making it very peaceful day and night. Wi-fi is strong and stable. The décor is attractive and gives the feeling of staying in a small palace. The room and bathroom were both of a good size, and the bed was comfortable. The central courtyard is a lovely place to have breakfast; although the breakfast selection was the same each day, it was good and perfectly adequate. Upper floors are accessible by elevator, which is a plus. All members of staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, the accommodation offers very good value for money.

Cons: Nothing worth mentioning.
