Magnificent terrace with view and cozy penthouse on top of Cadiz
Pros: Magnificent penthouse in excellent location in Cadiz, with exquisite terraces to overlook Cathedral and old towns rooftops, with even a bit sea. The apartment is cozy, nicely decorated, in a good neighbourhood, close to attractions, restaurants and sea promenade. Hosts are helpful and responsive. We would love to return someday, it is indeed a gem.
Cons: Some features and details of the apartment construction should be refurbished and better maintained.

Pros: Absolutely beautiful little appartment! Beautifully decorated and what a view from the terrace and roof top. Very well situated close to everything!

Cons: The only complaint I have is that the toilet seat was broken when we arrived. The staff knew it was broken. We were there for a month and the seat was not fixed in all that time.

Maravilloso
Pros: La ubicación es perfecta, así como las vistas a la catedral desde las terrazas. A pesar de estar en el centro de la ciudad es un apartamento muy silencioso.
Cons: La única pega, el colchón, pero cada uno está acostumbrado al suyo. Es un tercer piso sin ascensor, pero merece la pena subir las escaleras.

Inolvidable!
Pros: La ubicación fantástica. Las terrazas inolvidables. Perfectas para una cena al atardecer. La cama extremadamente amplia y cómoda! Maravilloso!
Cons: No tenia ascensor, dado que se encuentra en una zona antigua de la ciudad. Aún así, lo recomiendo una y otra vez. Si vuelvo a Cádiz (que lo haré) volveré a buscar este alojamiento.

Pros: Die Dachterrassen sind spektakulär. Der nette Senor Jesus, der uns pünktlich empfangen hat, half uns beim Hochtragen der Koffer. Auch die Reklamation der Dusche wurde sofort durch einen Handwerker repariert. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt im Apartment.
Cons: Das Bett war sehr weich.

Great place. Minor upgrades for a longer stay. Bought clothes detergent, salt, olive oil.
Pros: The location, serenity, quiet, terrace and views, clothes washing ability, fairly well equipped.
Cons: Couch needs updating. Smells very used. Bedding kept coming undone.

Gutes Apartment mit Abstrichen.
Pros: Die Lage, perfekt. Terrassenblick super. Einrichtung geschmackvoll. Comfort gut, hat früher jemand mitgedacht. Liebe zu Details in der Einrichtung. Salz und Pfeffer, Öl, gestellt. Zum Kochen alles da. Tiefkühlfach. Bücher.
Cons: Kommunikation mit Gastgeber, wir schrieben auf englisch, Antwort auf spanisch. Der angebliche kostenfreie Flughafentransfer wurde nicht angeboten. Kein deutsches Fernsehen, nicht ein Sender. Armaturen locker oder kaputt im Bad, stehendes Wasser zur Begrüßung in der Waschmaschine und unterm Waschbecken. Begegnungen mit Schaben im Bad.;-( Bett zu schmal und weich für große, starke Menschen.
