In Jerez, one step away from the tabancos

Pros: The building is impressive, unbeatable location, proper wooden floors. The staff was very kind and helpful.

Cons: The shower head in our room was broken.

Great hotel in a perfect location.

Pros: Staff were friendly. We asked for more comfortable pillows and were given them right away. Comfortable bed and enormous TV. Tiny fridge.

Cons: Nothing really, not many facilities to comment on. They did run out of wine and cava, although I did manage to get the last one.

Pros: Beautifully clean hotel, large rooms, free coffee from the lobby area. Centrally located in easy walk of all attractions

Pros: The bed was extremely comfortable, and the air-conditioning system wasn't locked so we could set the room to a comfortable temperature. The shower pressure was also excellent.

Pros: The location was perfect. The room and bathroom very spacious and clean. The bed very comfortable. The staff exceptionally attentive and helpful.

Cons: It is minor matter but there's no restaurant, which I suppose is because of the extensive variety of restaurants in the centre of Jerez

Beautiful place, inexpensive but exclusive, more palace than hotel.

Pros: Wonderful place, like a palace (it used to be). The colour setting, design of the interior and the rooms very ”tasty”. And very good price regarding to the standars of the hotel, which in reality was a four-star hotel.
