Amazing value for a city center hotel.

Pros: The young man at reception was extremely helpful. Thank you. Bed was large, clean very comfortable. Great breakfast.

Cons: The waste water pipes in the bathroom were a bit smelly.

Good value for money for a no frills city centre hotel

Pros: value for money for what we paid.....Clean room, comfortable bed, hot water, decent air conditioning, wifi worked well, friendly and helpful staff, good variety of food for breakfast, location in the centre of Jerez, and 10 minute walk to the train station

Cons: Nothing really to note.

Location, location, location!

Pros: Location was superb. It was comfy and clean. Breakfast was generous. Staff were really friendly and helpful. And was exceptional value for money. Close to all the main sights, great variety of bars and restaurants within 5 minutes walk and a convenience store next door.

Pros: It was a continental breakfast with eggs cheese sausages vegetables etc. I was lucky to have a room with a terrace. It was pretty calm, clean and comfortable

Perfect location, friendly staff. Ticketed all the right boxes.

Pros: The staff at this Hotel are amazing, it was a last minute trip for Jerez MotoGP. Could not fault it, they where accommodating, helpful and met our demands. :)

Cons: Nothing really, if anything the breakfast could have some more cerals but that is a minor thing.

A pleasant enough place for z

Pros: Very good hot and cold buffet breakfast. The publlc alameda in fromt of the hotel was pleasant..

Cons: Staff were willing but sometimes not very competent to assiist non-Spanish speakers. To get a boarding pass printed took about 1 hour. The 'ramp' from the hotel doorway to the pavement outside left a 4 cm step which effectively made it useless for unaccompanied wheelchair users, the bottom of the ramp should be flush-flat with the pavement
