The hotel met all my requirements.

Pros: Nice and modern, rooms were wry good and the location, just on the edge of the centre of town, was perfect.

Cons: Maybe the breakfast could have been a little more interesting.

Pros: Luxury hotel in the centre of Jerez. Would recommend.

Friendly staff and a great location in a lovely city.

Pros: Great location for central Jerez. We were there in mid-October - still really warm weather and the city centre was buzzing. Lots of families out enjoying the nearby restaurants and tapas bar - and this was a Monday night. The reception staff at the hotel were really friendly and helpful. The room was large, clean and comfortable. The rooftop terrace was open for sunbathing - but the pool was closed. (It seems to be very common in this region for hotels to close their swimming pools after mid-September - which is crazy as it was clear sunny skies and 26C every day we were there! )

Cons: Our room had a view of a wall and pipework - but we were there for only one night otherwise I'd have asked to be moved. Breakfast was just ok (pancakes but no maple syrup, we could only find soy or lactose free milk.)

Overnight stay

Pros: Very good reception on arriving at the hotel. Receptionist took our suitcase up to the room. Location was close to all restaurants.

Cons: There were no soaps at the wash basin in our room and no toilet brush. The bathroom was large with two showers. Although the breakfast was very nice more fruit could have been put on.

Pros: Great place in the main square will definitely Book again

Recommended hotel for a visit to Jerez!

Pros: The location is superb! Right in the center and only some meters from the public parking garage! The room was ample, comfortable bed and checking in smooth!

A great stay in a good hotel in the centre of Jerez

Pros: The room was good and the bathroom was excellent. The reception staff were helpful and sorted taxis out to take us to the station and the airport. The breakfast was ideal. The central location was fantastic.

Cons: Air Conditioning was intermittent

Our first visit to Jerez, we loved the town and this hotel was a good choice.

Pros: Well located, nicely presented, large bed, swimming pool, polite and helpful staff.

Cons: The pillows were hard and there were not enough tea and milk supplies.
