Pros: Absolutely and unexpectedly stunning place with caring personnel, an old castle made into the hotel but keeping its charm and soul of the pure castle. Very comfortable.

Pros: Beautiful historic old building, in lovely grounds. Good car park facilities. Fantastic restaurant. Excellent value for money when we stayed over New Year.

Pros: A fantastic find this 18th century palace has a very homely feel, elegant surroundings, restful and peaceful with excellent staff that can’t do enough for you. I have been fortunate enough to stay in many top hotels in the UK and this hotel is up there.

Pros: The hotel is exquisite, and is set in beautiful gardens, making it so peaceful and tranquil - from our window we could hear the splash of the fountains and the birdsong. Our suite was immaculate, with all the comforts we could wish for. Besides enjoying a spacious room, there were so many common areas in the hotel and garden to relax in. We felt very fortunate to have the unique experience of staying in a historic house with lovely antique furnishings and paintings. It was great to be able to leave our car safely in the car park and explore the area on foot. We enjoyed a very nice dinner and superb breakfasts. All of the staff were tremendously kind, helpful and attentive, and made our stay very special indeed!

Cons: Everything was perfect - could not have been nicer!

Pros: Short stay, over for World Superbikes. After a poor experience in a hotel this was the stay I needed. Amazing building. Staff were exceptional. Food was excellent. I had beef dinner and the chocolate dessert is one of my favourites of all. Special mention to the Receptionist, I should have gotten a name. I will be back. MotoGP or sooner. 👌😎🏍

Pros: An amazing find, extra kind and helpful staff especially Rocio and Paloma but everyone was so open and friendly .....and the beautiful surroundings and the pool at the end of a hot day of exploring made it better than expected when in the old town.

Cons: It was a perfect stay and cannot complain about anything at all.
