Pros: Good value out of season in November/December. Close to the station. I've been here before. It's a good hotel. Staff are efficient. WiFi is good.

Cons: Rooms could maybe do with a little maintenance: the shower leaked on the floor, the toilet wobbled. Mattress was a little saggy for me.

Pros: The location is great. We didnt spend much time in puerto santa maria as we were visiting bodegas so it was good to be close to the train station to visit jerez. The room had a door onto the balcony around the central courtyard it was very peaceful sitting there.

Cons: The shower was very powerful and tended to soak the bathroom

Pros: great location couple of minutes from station and easy walk into town food was good and staff very friendly beautiful hotel and the courtyard was great

A moment of calm recuperation in a disasterous train trip home to the UK

Pros: We stayed unexpectedly here as we got stuck in floods in Sevilla whilst traveilling back to the UK. The hotel was super kind and understanding and went out of their way to make us a packed lunch when they realised we weouldn't make our paid for breakfast due to an early start the next day.

A memorable stay in Puerto de Santa Maria and visit to Cadiz.

Pros: Firstly Puerto de Santa Maria is an ideal base for visiting Cadiz, just 30 minute catamaran ferry along the river, costing €2.90 per journey. The hotel ALEGRIA Bodega Real is the perfect hotel, in my opinion, in which to stay. I found the rooms to be spacious, comfortable and with two chairs and small table provided. A window overlooked an inner courtyard that was set up for restaurant service. A bonus is that the hotel has an underground car park. Lastly must mention the friendly staff, especially the receptionist on the day shift during my three night stay, she was extremely friendly, polite, very helpful and also professional.

Cons: Nothing comes to mind, I enjoyed it all.

Perfect stay to visit Jerez Race Circuit.

Pros: Lovely, historic hotel. Big bedroom, all very clean. Breakfast good. Friendly staff. Underground parking at 12 euros a night. Very tight to manoeuvre in and out but able to get lift from garage to room.

Cons: Only ate once in the restaurant- the food was good but not hot.

Exellent stay at El Puerto de Santa Maria

Pros: Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel building itself is beautiful, especially the terrace. The room was very spacious and we loved the super comfy extra large bed! The value for money is over great.
