Good value for money. Clean and comfortable

Pros: Nice location close to the beach. Beds were comfortable. Nice pool area. Staff on reception were friendly. Sunsets here are gorgeous

Cons: The coffee cups were tiny. The “fresh” fruit juices were disgusting, like chemicals. Far from Cadiz.

Really lovely staff , great location . Shame hotel closing until easter

Pros: All the staff were really pleasant in particular Maria or Maricarmen there at about 6pm saturday 25 Oct . All staff were lovely from the lady and gentleman who also pulled the extra bed out to the lady at the bar downstairs …. we were room 325 . . Lovely sea facing room . The room was very nice and clever foldaway bed

Cons: Nothing really . Hairdryer did not work in our room but was not a problem

Pros: Beautiful hotel , perfect location on the beach . Also very reasonably priced. Breakfast was great and lies of nice restaurants very close if you fancy something different

Big and efficient four star hotel, okay for a few nights

Pros: Facilities 4**** as expected. Restaurant food (both breakfast and dinner) 'dangerously' good, since both are buffet style so one tends to overeat - just as well that the hotel has a gym !

Cons: Some staff at the restaurant seem a bit stressed at dinner rush hour, not surprisingly perhaps, so that some responses came across as a bit abrupt. Because it's a big hotel, too big for my taste, with many foreign tourists, the hotel lacks the cosy friendly atmosphere of a much smaller hotel.

Great hotel, lots of positives, would definitely stay again.

Pros: the hotel although tired in appearance delivered in so many ways our room was very spacious with a balcony too, not an amazing view but we could at least stout. the bed was very, very comfortable, excellent mattress and clean, good quality bedding, fresh smelling. the bathroom was very lean and we both enjoyed having a bath as well as having a shower. Overall our room was excellent. the breakfast we had was good with lottos choice. Good location and a great swimming pool.

Cons: Check in was quite slow as there were lots of guests arriving. but the receptionist was very calm and dealt with us very well. I think we couldn't really fault the accommodation for what we paid, we were very satisfied.
