Pros: Everything is perfect. The hotel and the personal. Very kind and polite people. I like it.

Pros: Forthcoming reception staff, room is fine and breakfast excellent. Good location.

Cons: Waferthin walls. You hear every word of a conversation in adjacent rooms.

Pros: Location was really good, with night life in front of the hotel. Breakfast also quite good, with lots of different options.

Enjoyable enough but won’t be rushing back.

Pros: Excellent breakfast with helpful and friendly staff. Room was really good for a 3* and they kept it very clean. Very handy location for bars and eateries. Only 15-min walk from train station.

Cons: Right on a small but very busy plaza at night so a bit noisy right up until 2am. Sound proofing pretty good for the outside noise but not so good for the inside. Not very handy for beaches.

Quiet hotel, friendly staff.

Pros: Quiet hotel, friendly staff, great location. Breakfast was good quality produce. Parking next door was very convenient for 10e. We would stay again if we come back but we were disappointed with the town which suffered from a lot of litter and dog faeces.

I'd return for a longer stay.

Pros: Good comfortable hotel with helpful congenial staff. Although the street and 'plaza' near the hotel were busy and many of the neighbouring bars were full of people enjoying themselves our room was quiet and relaxing. Fully recommend this hotel just an 8 minute walk to the train station.

Nice stay in the center of El Puerto de Santa María

Pros: We stayed 2 nights in a modern comfortable room away from the streetside. The breakfast was good with fresh orange juice and eggs made to order. The location is in the center of El Puerto de Santa María, so everything is within walking distance.

Cons: Noise from the reception desk reached our room.

A fantastic location and very comfortable stay that exceeded expectations.

Pros: Far better than the pictures. This was an incredibly comfortable stay. The receptionist Eva was very welcoming and helpful with our booking.

Cons: The breakfast wait staff were bordering on rude and dismissive.
