Pros: Paco was a gem of a host, so helpful and accommodating for any question or problem. I freeze easily; and he supplied many warm blankets; plus there the room was nice and warm! The Terrasse was amazing, the bed very comfortable and the location perfect! It was quiet at night, lovely place to stay.

Pros: The space was well designed, perfect for the two of us for 5 nights. Kitchen well equipped. Outside area was large. Bed was comfortable. Everything we needed was provided. Communication from Paco was excellent. Appreciated the recommendations.

Cons: There were no negatives

Pros: The host, Paco, met us on arrival and gave us wonderful advice regarding things to see and do in Cadiz. He also gave excellent recommendations for places to eat and drink. Nothing was too much trouble for him. The apartment was one of the best we have ever stayed in and lacked nothing. The location could not have been better. Paco also kept in touch with us through the duration of our stay via WhatsApp.

Cons: Everything was perfect.

Great place to stay!I could say I’ve enjoyed my accommodation more than Cádiz 🙂

Pros: The quietness at night, although was very close to La Caleta beach and a bar near by. Had a very good night sleep and very comfy bed. The terrace was amazing, unfortunately a bit too windy too enjoy it late in the evening, but loved it regardless. The rain shower was a surprise. Paco, the host is very helpful checking in on you during your stay.

Cons: I liked everything, some salt would have been useful 😀 Be mindful of the stairs if you have a lot of luggage, I’ve uploaded a picture.

A fabulous apartment with a lovely sunny terrace in an excellent location.

Pros: The location of the property was excellent for exploring Cádiz.

Cons: Parking in Cádiz is expensive.

Cute Apartment near the Beach

Pros: Fantastic find near the beach, bus and supermarket. Super cute apartment with everything we needed and a fabulous big deck. The stairs were steep but that didn't bother us. We would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed every minute

Pros: Great apartment in a great location. The apartment is clean and well maintained. It has every amenity you could possibly need along with a great sunny terrace. The beach is 2 mins walk away and there are lots of great little tapas bars on the doorstep. Paco the owner is fantastic, really helpful and provided lots of great recommendations. Cádiz is a lovely place to visit and I would highly recommend the apartment.

Cons: Not a problem for us but there are stairs for anyone who has mobility issues.

Perfect spot beside Playa La Caleta

Pros: Fantastic spot within almost touching distance of Playa La Caleta. Paco was a gentleman who had numerous recommendations and pointers

Pros: The comfortable apartment lays in a nice old area and felt very safe. The roofterras is great and has a lovely view. Sea is a 2 minute walk away. There are several supermarkets around the corner. Sr. Paco is a very friendly host, who react immediately if needed. He doesn't speak English but communicate via WhatsApp. I highly recommend this place and definitely come back here.

Cons: Little negative thing was the long staircase. If you're legs are not strong it's a challenge!

Authentic town and a lovely accommodation.

Pros: The location was great, a few minutes walk to the beach and a short distance from the center of town. The apartment is small but it had everything you could think of. The terrace was big and we spent most of the time there. Paco gave us a good information of what to do in Cadiz which is a lovely town and we really loved it.

Cons: The apartment is on the third floor, it was not a problem for us but could be for others.
