On paye l'emplacement

Pros: L'appartement est très bien situé a 200 m de la plage de la Caleta avec arrêt de bus a côté si vous voulez aller a la plus grande plage. Vous êtes a 5 min de la cathédrale. L'appartement est grand, spacieux et lumineux.

Cons: La luminosité est un plus mais ça vous réveille le matin (pas de volets dans la première chambre) L'appartement est assez mal isolé phoniquement donc assez bruyant dû aux voisins de l'immeuble. Pas de lave vaisselle comme annoncé dans le descriptif et le personnel n'a pas été très réactif lorsque j'ai demandé la raison de son absence.

Pros: casa totalmente equipada y muy acogedora, aire acondicionado en cada habitacion, colchones comodos, parking a 4min por 14€ las 24h (parking catalina) sin duda repetiremos, playa de la caleta a 4 min andando tambien y carrefour express al lado del portal

Cons: no habia exprimidor y el calentador de agua para el te no funcionab bien, saltan los plomos

Cons: La recogida de llaves no es muy accesible, al menos para los que no somos de la ciudad.

Febrero en Cadiz

Pros: Una ubicación perfecta para disfrutar de Cádiz, a 1 minuto de la playa de La Caleta y en pleno centro de Cádiz. Bastantes supermercados alrededor de la casa y bares o restaurantes. La casa dispone de aparcamiento lo cual es importantísimo hablando de Cádiz.

Cons: No podría decir nada malo.

FANTÁSTICO

Pros: Muy cerca de la caleta y del teatro Falla. Se puede ir caminando a todas partes. Además estaba muy limpio y el personal que nos atendió fue muy amable en todo momento

Cádiz zon strand en fietsen...

Pros: De locatie, zo dicht bij de zee /boulevard en aanwezigheid van diverse supermarkten en eetgelegenheden. Niet echt in het centrum, toch redelijk centraal. Speciale opmerking over de directe communicatie met de beheerders. Zo konden we vrij laat inchecken, sleutel elders opgehaald. Dit werd goed doorgesproken vooraf.

Cons: Allerlei automatische mailtjes waar we niets aan hadden. Ongetwijfeld goed bedoeld, maar het werd een overkill had ik het gevoel. De echte -directe - mals waren nl veel nuttiger.
