Great location and apartment in the heart of Cadiz
Pros: Location is incredible, 1 min from Caleta beach, 10/15 min from all Cadiz landmarks, very close to restaurants. And yet, its a calm and silent neighbourhood. Apartment was comfortable, 2 good bedrooms, a patio, all necessary appliances. Communication with hosts was super, gave us a late checkout.
Cons: Not very well cleaned. Overall, equipments and furniture were cheap but ok. No blackouts in room windows, lot of light coming in in the morning afects sleep.

Loved my stay in Cádiz. Would definitely return and would stay in the property again
Pros: Loved the location. Adored the roof top garden. Just perfect to lie out, eat in or chill out. Lovely restaurants nearby and the beach just around the corner! Loved having Netflix. Terrific bonus. Well kitted out.
Cons: The steps into the property and up to the roof garden are very steep. Not for the infirm While very comfortable the beds could have been a bit bigger .

Excellent property in an excellent location !!
Pros: Lovely, clean and quaint property in an excellent location. Really good private terrace which is much bigger than shown im the pictures. Will definitely come back. Justt bear in mind if you have kids or mobility issues there are steep stairs to go up to the property.

Excelente apartamento para ir con familia o amigos
Pros: Localización (cerca de monumentos, playa, estación de tren) y comodidad de las camas. Super bien equipado, muy limpio, el baño tiene todo lo que necesitas, la ducha genial y el agua caliente funciona fenomenal.
Cons: Los vecinos de abajo que estaban también en un apartamento turístico y no respetaron las horas de dormir. Fue algo temporal porque esa gente, como nosotras, no vive ahí. La terraza de arriba tiene mucho potencial pero nos dio la sensación de que ahora estaba un poco más descuidada.

Pros: super Lage, tolle Dachterrasse mit vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten. moderne renovierte Wohnung, alle Räume mit Klimaanlage
Cons: es gab keine Messer. Es war teilweise dreckig (im Bad lagen fremde Haare hinter der Tür). Das Sofa auf der Dachterrasse war bei der Ankunft zusammengebrochen, sodass man es nicht nutzen konnte.

Pros: Appartement liegt gleich neben dem Stadtstrand, in der Umgebung Supermärkte, Cafés und Restaurants vorhanden. Die Dachterrasse war der Hammer, sehr ruhige Wohngegend.
Cons: In der Wohnung gab es weder Mistsäcke noch irgendwas um seine Tasse spülen zu können, Dachterrasse zwar groß und schön aber es war unordentlich und nicht sehr gepflegt.

Pros: Ubicación ideal.A pocos metros de la caleta , autobuses, casco histórico, zona de restauración y supermercado al pie del apartamento. Limpio,espacioso, de los sitios a los que llegas después de pasar el día y te sientes cómodo.
Cons: Las escaleras para acceder al apartamento ,pero entendemos que arquitectónicamente no hay otra opción , falta de algo de vajilla, vasos. Olor en el baño, en sitios de costa y siendo construcciones con su tiempo no es la primera vez que nos pasa. Quizás con algún tipo de ambientador... Nada que no me hiciese repetir en el alojamiento.
