A great hotel in brilliant location with wonderful breakfasts.

Pros: The staff were all really helpful and friendly. The room and bathroom were large and very clean. The breakfast choices were fantastic with 3 rooms of different foods to choose from.

Cons: Using the underground car park was a challenge as you had to drive the car into a lift - the staff came to help us each time though. We also paid extra to use the hotel spa but found it very dated and nothing special.

Pros: The old town location, the spa baths in the basement & the Garage option.

Cons: Garage access is a bit tricky. Beds a little firm. Need to check Spa opening days. No Spa on Mondays.

Great hotel with excellent facilities, and friendly staff. Highly recommend.

Pros: Nice friendly welcome from Rey (don’t lose this guy, he’s good), on arrival. The room was spacious, as was the bathroom. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. Roof top pool and sun area looked amazing, would love to experience the hotel in summer. Spa facilities also looked very good, unfortunately, our stay was not long enough to try them.

Cons: The hotel parking is confusing. The hotel does not have private parking as it claims. The parking is a public underground car park approx. 100 yards from the hotel which is fine. NB. You pay the car park operators at a payment machine just before you leave the car park. it has nothing to do with the hotel.

Relaxing Cadiz weekend

Pros: It was my second visit and we like the location and also the charm of the older spa hotel and its architecture. Easy to move around, friendly and helpfull front staff.

Cons: Higher floors must have nicer views. For next time.
