Neat hotel but quite noisy

Pros: Reception very proactive. Very well decorated hotel. Convenient central location near central market. Room security safe. Big TV. Comfortable bed.

Cons: Room too hot at first, 22 deg C. Spoke to receotion. Aircon is centrally controlled by reception staff rather than in room for some unknown reason. Not a good system. Reception adjusted our aircon to FAN ONLY rather than HEAT. COOL does not seem to be available for some creason. Our room was very noisy from bar/restaurant staff shouting at each other and moving furniture at Ground level until midnight each day. It appears this is another business, not Soho Hotel.

Amazing small converted period building now with every amenity for a modern boutique type hotel

Pros: Fantastic location, hotel in as new condition and very comfortable.

Cons: On arrival our room was very small with no window and felt claustrophobic, luckily we were able to change to a bigger room with a window the next day with a slightly additional cost.

Perfect centrally located hotel which I can totally recommend.

Pros: The location is as central as you can be in Cadiz town centre, on Columela Street just a few metres from plazas Plilleros and Las Flores. Everything in the room and outside areas was new or in perfect condition. The 24-hour reception staff and the breakfast staff were so friendly amd helpful. The bathroom was great and the shower was excellent. The lift was very good. We had continental breakfast for 5€ each though buffet breakfast was available for 14€. Our off-peak stay was very good value.

Cons: Parking is non-existent: you have to use the Canalejas public underground parking which is the nearest one and costs €26 or (€21 with P-app) for 24 hours. It is a 5 to 10 minute walk away. We noticed a faint smell of sewers in the lift when it reached the ground floor, a minor inconvenience and not apparent on other floors. Otherwise nothing negative to say.

A gem of a place...

Pros: The location was excellent, only a 20 minute walk from the bus and train station. The staff were very polite and courteous to us, there was never a problem. The room was very quiet, no outside noise and the bed was very comfortable 😴 I also loved the shower too, lovely hot water and plenty of room to move around. The little coffee machine was good and adequate and if more capsules were needed all we needed to do was ask and we were given some. This place was a little gem in the heart of Old town Cadiz. Thank you all 🤗🙏🙏

Cons: No windows, though the view would not be much good looking at the other side of the street. I have nothing to complain about. Kind regards ✨️

Waiting for missing White Lino trousers. Thanks.

Pros: Susana was helpful and truly sensible to help us. Everything was great. I am afraid that while doing the bedroom a White lino trouser was taken with the sheets. We ask for it to reception and it was notify the same day, just before going to sleep, as it was when my friend Andrea noticed that it was missing as she left it on the bed the same morning. Still today 9 of December back at home she has not heard any news or solution about her White Lino trousers. Please could you emphasize in get a prompt solution. Looking forward to hearing from you. Cons: Still waiting for getting back my friend's White Lino trousers. Taken by mistake with the white sheets, while doing the cleaning of the room on the morning of the 30th of November. Please we expect a prompt solution o compensation of the item.

Thoroughly enjoyable, lovely intimate hotel right in the centre of Cadiz.

Pros: The location was perfect, on the busy Calle Columena but never noisey, just a short walk to everywhere we needed. Even the train station was only 15 mins away. Breakfast was a good combination of buffet/continental with a hot option cooked to order. The breakfast room was light and airy, on the third floor with a sunny terrace to enjoy. Loved the beach at Caleta. The Taparia next door was great.

Cons: Nothing really... the spanish omelette could have been hotter....

Excellent location, recommended

Pros: Location was superb close to all main sights. Restaurants outside the door. Especially recommend Bar Columela right next door. Great atmosphere and locall food. Room spacious plenty of toiletries. Water pressure great. Staff friendly. Breakfast lots of choice. 15 min easy walk from train station.

Pleasant and central

Pros: Very friendly staff, super central, nice comfortable room. Pleasant to have breakfast on the terrace.

Cons: The standard rooms have no window. I upgraded to have a window but it opened onto a patio where a rather noisy ventilation was on from mid-morning till late at night. (I think from the restaurant on ground floor). The pool opening times are quite limited and it closed from 3 Nov.
