Highly recommend this hotel to stay at.

Pros: Very clean, lovely furnishings throughout. The staff at reception were superb and so helpful. One of them provided me with an excellent choice of a restaurant to celebrate my birthday. The breakfast was well served with a delicious choice of food to choose from.

Gem in the heart of cadiz

Pros: Easily walkable from train station. Perfect central location. Pili on reception greeted me like an old friend and upgraded my room for free. The room was gorgeous and the bed so comfortable.

Cons: Just a little noisy in the corridors but the age of the building prevents proper sound proofing.

Perfect Location for Cádiz old town

Pros: Easy check in and lovely welcome from Jose Maria . We felt fortunate to have a junior suite with a large ,comfortable bed. In a quiet street but only a short walk to restaurants and bars, took us 3 minutes to reach the cathedral ( suggest visiting early in the day .) We had a hire car which we parked safely at Muelle Reina-Sofia - Puerto de Cadiz. ( €16 for 48 hours .) Breakfast was varied and felt more comfortable than we have experienced elsewhere.

Cons: A minor gripe…we would have liked a kettle in the room although there was a coffee machine.

Pros: Excellent location. Walking distance to all the main attractions. Comfortable,nice breakfast and quiet, walking distance to the train station.

Excellent hotel!

Pros: Hotel in a central location. Very cute and clean room. At the reception, we enjoyed a delicious cookie. The staff was very kind and helpful. Excellent and plentiful breakfast, including the famous tortilla de patatas.

Cons: The only downside of the breakfast was that some yogurts were past their expiration date, but the dining room manager immediately took care of replacing them.

Pros: The hotel was excellent and the staff swapped our booking as we could not make our original date due to a red weather warning. We got a refund of a few euros and a free upgrade to a junior suite. The hotel is beautiful inside.

Excellent, well appointed rooms., good location with ample off-site parking close to hotel

Pros: Hotel was easy to reach by car. Room was large and nicely appointed. Beds were comfortable. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Recommended public car park seemed safe and secure and was 100m or so from the hotel so no issues with transporting luggage.

Cons: Daily rate of the public carpark is comparatively expensive (beyond the control of the hotel)
