Great location and lovely colleagues

Pros: The reception colleague was very very friendly and helpful, sorry I dont have a name. The location was perfect for beaches and old town alike. The room was just big enough for our short stay, with a lovely shower room, fridge, t&c making facilities, and complementary shower gel. Nice and quiet day and night.

Cons: I would have preferred to have outdoor space to sit. If I stay again I would upgrade to a room with a terrace, especially if staying for more than a few days. The hotel was fully booked for this type of accommodation, which I am not surprised about.

Superb modern budget hotel in a great location.

Pros: Spotlessly clean and modern room with air con which was easy to use. Location was perfect, just a short distance from Cádiz sights and right across the road from the promenade. Short walk from the station. Tea making facilities in the room.

Cons: Looked right onto an apartment block. No breakfast service available. Not an issue for us as we found somewhere a little walk away, but might have been helpful if there had been a cafe attached or even close by and recommended.

Nice hotel in a great location to get to the beach and old town.

Pros: Location was great as it was between the old town and the beach (10 mins walk to both). Very quiet and great black out blinds.

Pros: Staff very helpful. Room and bathroom were spotless. Location was excellent. Easy 15 min walk to train station.

Cons: Room looked out to an alley way. Not really a problem as out all day.

Pros: The room was clean and rather spacious. The location is good.

Cons: The room was not ready even after check-in time, so it was a bit dissapointing. Shower was leaking. Also, instead of all-in-one shower gel/shampoo/soap I'd prefer a separate thing for everything.

Great location, clean and very helpful staff by the name of Abel.

Pros: The property was in a great location, both close to the beach and restaurants. Abel at reception was fantastic. He went out of his way to provide local insights and was always willing to help when needed.

Everything was pretty great except some minor details

Pros: - Location was pretty good - pool was nice - bed was very comfortable - check in an checkout was a very smooth experience

Cons: - Bathroom door was a bit crooked so it made a bit of noise when opening or closing the door - There is no shade on the terrace, so the floor tiles were super hot, impossible to step on them - jacuzzi steps are very slippery, it should have some kind of anti-slip - you can hear all the noise in the corridor, especially when the cleaning staff is working.
