Lovely apartment in a central location with everything we needed and a very helpful and communicative owner

Pros: Great location with everything needed and excellent owner communication

Very nice flat in a quiet neighborhood

Pros: A vast and comfortable flat with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a living area with open kitchen. There is a direct and dedicated only to the flat entrance to the terrace. We did not used much, but for longer stays might be nice. Equipped with dishwasher and washing machine. A very nice and helpful host, whom we were able to meet in person.

Cons: One of the bedrooms would benefit from refurbishment otherwise great, however strangely pricey (as most of the flats in Cadiz if not booked in advance).

Pros: This is our third stay at the apartment and we have enjoyed once more the facilities including upstairs terrace which is huge. It has everything you need in the kitchen and rooms and the decor makes you feel welcome and at home. Paco is a complete gentleman, so kind and eager to make sure you enjoy your holiday.

A super appartement. Recommended.

Pros: The location is excellent. Everywhere from attractions, shopping, beach, bars and restaurants -within walking distance. The roof terrace was useful and good to have an outside space . A dishwasher and washing machine are great facilities. The appartement is quiet and light. Parking is available nearby, but requires booking to get a good deal. The owner is on hand to assist with queries.

Cons: It would be good to have some more basic cooking equipment - roasting trays, potato peeler. The appartement is managed by an agency. The agency will contact guests for information before arrival.

Pros: This is a very comfortable place to stay with a friendly and generous host.

Pros: Location and property, they are far better than pictures. It has a lot of space for even 4 people without any issue. everything is organised quite well and with generosity. Air conditioning and roof are the extra mille that allow you to see the Atlantic from your home.

Cons: Location is in the middle of the main town of Cadiz. Parking it's quite a challenge and host didn't give us any hint to prevent problems. Our first parking was at +15 minutes walking. Stairs are also a challenge if you have heavy luggage :(

A wonderfully situated apartment to explore Cadiz!

Pros: Location is excellent. The friendly host lived on site and was always available for questions/advice. The apartment was spotlessly clean and there were some basic products in the kitchen to use when cooking at home. We used the air conditioner at night. There was plenty of seating and a kitchen table and chairs. We were mindful to be quiet when entering and leaving the apartment because it is in a residential building. The museum is just around the corner and there are many eateries close by.

Cons: The second bathroom was extremely small. The bedrooms were small so we stored our suit cases under the bed. The stairs to the apartment would be problematic for anyone with mobility issues, though they were fine for us.

Pros: Empezando por Paco que se ha desvivido en atenciones con nosotros, la comodidad del apartamento y la ubicación, todo ha sido genial.

Cons: Los tres pisos de escaleras, pero ya lo sabíamos y están asumido, hay que bajar las tapas que te tomas de alguna forma😅
