A very happy Christmas in Balcon Mirador

Pros: This is one of the best apartments I have stayed in. It enjoys a great location, within walking distance of the centre but also close to local amenities including supermarkets and bars. The apartment was spotlessly clean and it was a pleasure to stay there. The communication with Ildefonso was excellent and I am very grateful for his assistance. I hope to stay here again soon and have already recommended to friends and family.

Pros: This is a very nice modern apartment. A lot of attention has gone into the details making it extremely comfortable and well appointed. The kitchen is well equipped and the 2 bathrooms are modern. There are lots of nice details including a full instruction book for the appliances. It is also super clean with very good air-con. The balcony is huge- lots of space and very nice! The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a residential block. Mercadona and Aldi are next door!

Cons: There was nothing about the property we didn’t like. To be really honest for us staying we did struggle a bit with the location as it is north of the centre. We had to walk for about 15 mins to get to the main shops and restaurants and a further 8 mins to the beach area. There are also no Ubers in San Lucar and we didn’t see many taxis around. So we did have to use the car more than we would have liked. You can also hear the motorbikes on the main road at night.

Pros: El apartamento está muy bien ubicado,a menos de 5 minutos andando del castillo de Santiago y a unos 10 minutos de la plaza del cabildo.La playa está un poco más lejos... Unos 20 minutos andando.Es fácil aparcar y tienes un Lidl enfrente y el Mercadona al lado. Ildefonso muy amable y servicial,nos aconsejo sitios donde comer y que podíamos visitar.Nos dejó pan, café, té,aceite, tomate,unas chocolatinas y cosas varias para desayunar... Todo un detallazo. Si se diera el caso volvería sin duda.

Cons: Nada importante que añadir.

Pros: Todo, ubicación, limpieza, comodidad y atenciones del propietario

Cons: En general, todo muy bien , si acaso, algo más de menaje de cocina.

Alojamiento calidad precio

Pros: El alojamiento está genial, todo muy limpio, al detalle e Ildefonso es un encanto y muy atento.

Cons: No hay nada que no nos haya gustado, de 10

Pros: Solo nos alojamos una noche pero en general bien. Las camas cómodas, ka terracita es un plus, habitación amplia

Pros: Muy Limpio, espacio, acogedora vivienda, no le falta detalle, tiene todo lo necesario. Muy detallista.

Cons: Todo de mi agrado.

Pros: El anfitrión muy amable, un montón de detalles (café, tostadas, mermelada, enseres,…)

Pros: El apartamento era idéntico a las fotos. Muy limpio y todo nuevo. El anfitrión estuvo pendiente de nosotras todos los días mandándonos recomendaciones tanto de ocio como gastronómicas. Todo genial¡ para volver a repetir.

Pros: Sitio genial, y el trato excelente, seguramente volveré
