Pros: Estupendo apartamento, con suelo de mármol, aíre acondicionado y con terraza exterior, todo nuevo para estrenar, , muy limpio y ordenado, cocina completa a estrenar . Con cochera y acceso , sin problema para entrar con un Fiat,500X , volkswagen polo, BMW serie 3 o similar, importante al llegar de la playa y no tienes que buscar aparcamiento. . Situando en la parte alta de Sanlúcar de Barrameda y a 15 minutos a pie de la zona centro Plaza del Cabildo y la zona de bares . También está la playa en 15 minutos en coche.

Cons: En estos momentos está fuera de funcionamiento el ascensor, pero creo que en breve está solucionado. Un poco de ejercicio no viene mal , más cuando vienes de la zona de tapas y vinos.
