Pros: The most the location . The rooms are big ,was very clean. A plus Is that you have a garage than in a small city like Cadiz is great if you go with car because find a parking is a bit difficult and most places you have to pay.

Cons: It's a bit dark but didn't bother much because we expend most of the day outside and I miss a bit more of kitchen supplies ( we had only a teaspoon).

Definitely recommend the apartment for location and space.

Pros: Fantastic location to explore on foot - easy to find by car and the parking space was great, meant we could forget the car for the duration of our stay. Very clean and quiet.

Cons: Slightly confusing link/app to gain access - once we discovered that the garage key also allowed us into the building, it was fine. We weren't old that you need to key to go down in the lift to the car (but not up!). Staff were helpful and available during working hours to help.

All good as long as you are computer literate for the entry system.. 😁

Pros: Good location - an easy walk to the old town etc. Great communication with the staff especially when I had difficulty getting into the apartment.

Cons: Entry was fully computerised, instructions were given but I still had trouble following them and found it all very stressful. Once everything was sorted it was quite straightforward. This is when you need a grandchild with you!.. 😁

Lovely apartment with car parking close to the beach and old town

Pros: Lovely modern apartment, plenty of space and everything you could need. Great location, 2 minute walk to the beach and a short walk (15 mins) to the old town and main sights. Great to have car parking on site too.

Cons: The WIFI was a bit slow at times and we had some issues with the signal on the television. Access to the apartment is all done through a web link or app, we had some problems with mobile signal at times to get into the entrance of the building though a fob is provided once you have got into the apartment.

Pros: Great location. Large and easy parking in the building. Super modern and clean apartment. SPLENDID apartment on the ground floor (street side)

Cons: This is a duplex so you need to use stairs.to access the bedrooms. Could be a problem for people with mobility.

Cons: Everything was very good. Having a bit more direction on the garage entrance / exit would have been helpful (although we were able to figure it out!)

Pros: The apartment is lovely and clean, with excellent showers and beds. It’s located a short walk from Cádiz old town and both beaches. Car parking is simple. Highly recommended.

Pros: The property location was great and generally the property was what I expected and it was convenient for the beach and also to walk into the city and to restaurants and bars etc. Having a parking space is a big advantage and we liked that once we got the hang of how to access the garage etc.

Cons: The cleaning in the bedrooms and bathrooms could have been better. It was a problem accessing the apartment, there was no key it was all done on a website or app, now I am good with such things but even I had problems as my phone would not connect to network inside the hallway of the block of apartments and it was difficult to connect to their wifi. I had to ring the emergency contact number several times. It would be better for someone to meet you the first time with access like this or change the access to have a key.
