Solución perfecta a nuestros problemas

Pros: Lo que más nos gustó fué el trato que recibimos de Claudia. Nos proporcionó un contacto muy cercano y servicial tanto por WhatsApp como por teléfono. Nos gestionó un problema que tuvimos la primera noche de la mejor manera posible.

Cons: En concreto este piso nos resultó incómodo debido a que por la noche hizo un tiempo malísimo y en el piso no había calefacción. Entraba algo de aire por la terraza.

Pros: Súper grande y cómodo, todo limpio y ordenado. La ubicación ideal. El parking estaba cerca.

Cons: La propiedad perfecta. Lo que mejoraría es el trato del Sr que nos atendió. Inicialmente estaba recibiéndonos una Srta, muy correctamente, y luego de un momento nos atendió dicho Sr que tenía pocas ganas, por información nos remitió a un mensaje que no había mandado, y luego enviado equivocadamente. Lamentablemente, cuando alguien está en atención al público, hay que responder preguntas que quizás parezcan obvias o responderlas 2 veces.

Pros: Excelente ubicación. Vistas al mar. Primera línea. Parking cercano, no en el mismo edificio. Fotografías fieles a la realidad.

Cons: La cocina es un poco vieja pero funcional.

Gorgeous beach apartment with all-weather patio!

Pros: Large apartment in a prime location in Cadiz! Walking distance to everything you need, gorgeous glassed-in balcony for all-weather beach watching, and literally across the street from the beach. Well appointed. We fully enjoyed our time here.

Cons: It was a little cold when we got there but we found heaters in the closet and it warmed up after a while.

Great apartment with allocated parking in a perfect location to explore Cadiz

Pros: The apartment was very roomy, well-equipped and situated right on the beach (it had great views of the beach, cathedral and old town). There were plenty of local tapas bars and it was only 15 minutes walk into the old town for a wider selection of restaurants/cafes. The local bus services to and from the old town were very convenient & frequent (even in the late evening) and only cost €1.10 for each journey) - great when legs got tired. The enclosed balcony was very usable & pleasant to sit in, especially when it was cool in the morning and evenings. The allocated car parking was as described and only 2 minutes walk away from the apartment (there is also a supermarket right next to the parking, open 9am-9pm). Keys were collected from an office in the old town (communication about this was good).

Cons: The aircon used portable units (which involved hanging extractor tubes out of the windows). This was not very efficient as the window had to be left open, so units worked very hard and were very noisy. It's difficult to believe that such nice apartments were built without integrated aircon, but it is better than no airconditioning at all.

Pros: La ubicación y sus vistas al mar con las puestas de sol, la amplitud, tranquilidad, El tener el parking a 5 minutos del apto. Muy cómodo y en 15 m en el centro con un paseo muy agradable. .

Cons: Si renovasen un poco el baño grande y quizá la televisión más grande, sería perfecto

Pros: Spectacular view, great beach across the street, very comfortable for five adults. Super clean and kept. 20 min walk to centre of Cadiz.

Pros: Apartamento amplio y cómodo con una ubicación excelente

El piso es muy espacioso y está muy bien ubicado pero para el precio que tiene creo que hay detalles que se deberían cui

Pros: El piso es súper espacioso y tiene todo lo que se necesita para pasar una semana de vacaciones. Además la ubicación era inmejorable, justo en frente de la playa y a unos 10 min andando del centro de la ciudad.

Cons: Era más viejo que lo que aparecía en las fotos y le faltaba algo de limpieza. Además los vecinos no están de acuerdo con que se se utilice como alquiler vacacional y nos increparon un par de veces al salir del piso.
