Great location, great support from the girls.

Pros: Great location, parking easy and secure. Close to both the beach and the city. Rosa, Melisa and Sandra were all extremely helpful and managed to access the property earlier than expected which was a bonus as there is no where else to park easily.

Cons: The electronic entry system is a bit of a faff but works well once set up on the App! There’s a different name to the block Edifico Villa - Lupe which confused us for a while!

Excellent

Pros: Close to the centre and also close to the beach The sea harvest waves

Cons: The air con was bri!paint in connection but not the other

Comfortable sunny apartment

Pros: We loved our stay in this sunny apartment, we particularly enjoyed the big balcony which was sunny even in December. Beds were comfortable and although the kitchen is tiny it’s well equipped and we were able to self cater. We enjoyed the location close to the nicest beaches and 15 minutes walk to the old town.

Residential apartment

Pros: The apartment is in a quiet area even though there is a busy road outside. The terrace is great. Short walk to the beach. Buses into town. Air con was great and the kitchen had enough equipment for cooking. Cadiz4Rentals staff helpful.

Cons: Drains. Smelly bathroom drain. 😑 Very limited supplies in the kitchen such washing up liquid,/tabs, salt, oil.

Modern, large apartment in bustling city

Pros: A spacious apartment with a huge, nicely furnished balcony with a view over the city streets. Everything worked, the shower was hot and powerful, and the place was clean. There were 2 decent bedrooms with comfortable beds, with a/c in each room. The kitchen is small but fine for basic s/c and has a full size fridge/freezer. There's even a bare balcony out the back door for hanging out washing. The building was very quiet and really close to the beach, as well as an Aldi just down the road and a Express Carrefour for Sundays, when everything else is closed. Bus service is frequent and cheap to get into the centre or it's not too long of a walk. There are bars and restaurants within an easy walk. The key app was complicated at first but it did work. Initial contact with the Agency said that we needed to pick up the key, but it's all electronic now. Modern magic! We enjoyed our stay and loved chilling on the balcony.

Cons: Not much, the a/c in the front bedroom smelled a bit musty.

We had a fabulous week, we loved Cadiz and were very happy with our apartment.

Pros: It was great to have two balconies so you could be in the sun or shade, whichever you preferred. It was literally five minutes from the beach and ten minutes from the centre of town. There was a great Carre Four supermarket just on the corner too. Everything we needed.

Cons: The kettle on the hob took forever to boil. We found an electric kettle eventually, but the plug in the kitchen didn't work, so we plugged it in in the living room.

Great place for holiday

Pros: Great Family apartment with comfy patio.. Instant contact and great service with Cadiz4Rentals.. The location is great 2 min to the beach and 15 min walk to the downtown. Safe underground parking. And the beautiful city of Cadiz.

Pros: Era bastante amplio y cómodo. Aunque estaba lejos del centro,se puede ir dando un paseo.

Cons: Todo me gustó.

Pros: Apartamento muy bien ubicado, con parking propio. Camas cómodas, salón y terraza espectaculares para disfrutar la estancia. Todo muy limpio y ordenado.
