Pros: Very spacious and clean apartment in a very nice building. Easy online check-in with everything clearly explained.

Pros: A beautiful city – even more charming than described! The apartment was very nice, clean, and comfortable. I had a bit of trouble figuring out the entrance, as it's not immediately clear that it's located on the 5th floor. But everything else was great – a lovely, peaceful place, perfect for relaxing.

Cons: The only downside was that parking is a bit far away.

Pros: You are greeted in whatsapp by an AI robot that writes and sends voice notes (but seems to have a person controlling it). We tried to call for something, but in the end, we didn't need to because the AI had answers for everything. Maybe if you have a very specific problem you might have an issue but there were no problems for us. A very important note is that you open the front door to the building with an app or website that you can share the link to other members of your travel during your stay. After your stay the link no longer works and you cannot go inside again. The door to the apartment was opened with a code in the handle, so just be careful if somebody is nearby when you will enter it, but we never saw anybody on that floor. All was superclean and tidy. We had one room each with a view, and the two bathrooms were great. We liked the AI interaction, seemed easier in a way because it answered in seconds.

Cons: Was a little distance for walking to the center of Cadiz. Other than that, perfect.

Really nice house and location!

Pros: Everything, it’s well equipped with utensils in the kitchen many cups and plates. The dimensions of the space were great, we went with 5 people and it didn’t feel like we had no space. The balcony is such a beautiful and pleasant place to be and the neighbours are very kind and lovely!

Cons: Very poorly clean, animal fur and human hairs everywhere. The towels had some stains on them some I think they were foundation others I have no idea. There were just sugar, salt and ice in the kitchen… not even a bit of oil…

Pros: En general nos gustó bastante el alojamiento. Es un piso bastante grande y cómodo en una buena zona de Cádiz. No es el casco antiguo pero es un buen barrio y eso se agradece. De hecho el ambiente de los vecinos era mejor que los del casco antiguo Las duchas maravillosas, se agradece mucho cuando estás de viaje poder tomar una ducha o un baño en condiciones. Las camas eran muy cómodas y el resto del mobiliario también. Tenía todo lo necesario para pasar unos días sin echar en falta nada. Climatizador centralizado, cosa que se agradece también cuando vas con niños el que estén calentitos en cualquier estancia. Tiene unas vistas preciosas por todas las ventanas y muy buena ventilación. Aunque solo hemos pasado una noche, nos encantaría volver. El personal es estupendo, durante el día me ayudaron online con algunos problemas que surgieron con la domótica

Cons: Por poner alguna pega, algunas zonas podrían estar más limpias, aunque por lo general estaba bien. Algo que me hubiera gustado es encontrar un poco de jabón para la lavadora ya que tuve que usarla y tuve que comprarlo solo para una lavadora

Amplio, bien situado y con bonitas vistas

Pros: Muy amplio, buena ubicación, buena climatización. Fácil acceso con la app y comunicación muy rápida.

Cons: Algún retoquito en el baño y ventanas que aíslan poquito el ruido

Pros: Bem localizado, a casa era espaçosa, tudo funcional. No inicio gerou um pouco de confusão o acesso à casa, mas rapidamente conseguimos acessar ao interior. Recomendado para famílias ou amigos.
