Good location and value for money. Has what you need but stairs and loft could be an issue.

Pros: Good location---immediate area a bit dingy but in only a few blocks becomes nice and near Alcazar & Plaza Arenal. Very good price, shared washing machine available in separate area, quiet and very secure building, penty of hot water, nice little courtyard inside building, shared but there are only 6 units and we hardly saw anyone else. Sofa bed downstairs comfortable and not in the way. The place is really a museum for antique tools, they are on all the walls in the courtyard and around, very unusual and interesting.

Cons: Stairs up to loft (for double bed) steep and difficult if not very able-bodied, and ceiling up there is so low you may hit your head. Kitchenette (double hot plate) and fridge, not full kitchen. Is fairly small, Try her husband's restaurant Tabanco el Anticuario, the eggplant sticks are wonderful!

Pros: Fantastic location, the apartment is spacious and has everything you need. The trinkets covering the walls add a layer of charm to the place. We throughly enjoyed out stay here. Our host Mili was wonderful too.

This is my second stay here and I would return again definitely.

Pros: Beautiful property and rooms well furnished. Very good communication with host. Central location close to bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, banks, transport et.al.

Cons: Not the fault at all of the host, however, neighbours returned at 04:00 the first night and 06:00 the next making a great deal of noise in the atrium. Shame.

Fabulous decor, location and host. Authentic Jerez experience.

Pros: Fabulous central location a short stroll to the city centres many restaurants, shops, the Alcazar, cathedral and other attractions. Beautiful decor to admire throughout the property. Some little outdoor shared areas and patios to enjoy the fresh morning and night. Aircon was a must. Ceiling fans in the bedroom also great. Mili our host was so fabulous and helpful with every detail and teaching us how to be Jerez locals! An authentic Jerez experience we would definitely come back.
