Beautifully decorated apartment with a lot of character

Pros: Excellent location and beautifully decorated brand new flat with a lot of character. Access was a little tricky as it needed an app to open the main door, but everything worked out really well. Good quality beds and excellent kitchen equipment.

Cons: Very narrow stairs leading to the first floors which made carrying a baby pram a little difficult. Also the coffee machine was broken when we arrived and have heard nothing after reporting it.

Good location and nice apartment was perfect for our trip.

Pros: Clean with a lovely terrace. Great location for old town.

Pros: Very comfortable apartment. Great little terrace. Close to the historic centre of Jerez and yet very quiet at night. Easy 15 minute walk to get to from train station although close to a car park if needed.

nice flat to visit horse show and beaches of Atlantic

Pros: nice, refurbished flat in old town - Jerez is a lovely vibrant town but without crowds of tourists 20mins to beaches of Atlantic, 30mins to Cadiz good price

Cons: not easy to park the car in narrow streets - we were lucky to find place in front of house

Pros: Apartment was a great size and we really enjoyed the patio. King bed was ver comfortable. Location was excellent!

Cons: Very difficult to get a hold of hosts and communication was difficult. We waited 1.5 hrs for them to give us instructions on how to get in. The keys for the main door to the complex were never given to us, the were left inside the apartment, we had to wait until someone left to get in. Parking is a nightmare, you have to walk with luggage for many many blocks. No instructions apartment. None. Stove wouldn’t come on,

Pros: Creo que la dirección era Santa Clara. Pero todo genial

Muy mejorable la atención del propietario, falta solución ante un problema.

Pros: La ubicación es muy buena, y los muebles y enseres muy nuevos. La entrada por la calle está muy deteriorada y no da buena imagen.

Cons: No estaba muy limpio, debajo de las camas y de la mesa había peludas y algo de arena/polvo. Los colchones no tenían protección de líquido y eso es poco aconsejable. La atención mala: a las pocas horas de llegar, a la cafetera de cápsula le faltaba él porta cápsulas, no pudiendo ser usada. Y eso que compramos cápsulas. Avísame y solo se disculparon pero en 4 días no dieron solución…. Estaban esperando una nueva!!!!

Estadia tranquila mesmo no centro de Jerez

Pros: Apartamento confortável, bem localizado no centro de Jerez e como o nome indica numa zona tranquila, perto mas longe da confusão. Todas as informações são partilhada através de um link, como chegar, o estacionamento disponível perto, código, entre outras funcionalidades. Tínhamos em falta toalhas e mantas para as camas individuais, mas após o pedido foram prontamente colocadas no apartamento. Se usarem o estacionamento subterrâneo, disponível nas redondezas, recomendo que se registem para que diminuam o valor da hora a pagar.

Cons: Alguns detalhes a melhorar, mas nada de negativo.

Céntrico y cómodo pero con margen de mejora

Pros: Está muy céntrico y permite ir andando a todas partes. Las habitaciones son amplias y las camas cómodas.

Cons: Aunque tiene todos los electrodomésticos, apenas tiene utensilios para comer y cenar. Si enchufan los 4 aires de la casa, saltan los plomos y, además, uno de ellos gotea. Las habitaciones tienen poca luz y algunas bombillas estaban rotas. Había algunas hormigas por el suelo. No nos encantó la manera del código para entrar, ya que está todo informatizado.
