Los Helechos

I really enjoyed my stay at this lovely hotel. I would happily recommend Los Helechos to friends.

Pros: I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. There is a lovely atmosphere about the place. The room was comfortable. The location is fantastic. Everything is within walking distance. The Plaza de Cabildo is only a short stroll from the front door of the hotel. The staff at the hotel were so hospitable and helpful. I would be delighted to stay here again.

Pros: Location, close to everything (bus station, bars, restaurants and beach)

Cons: The weather. It was unseasonably cold and rainy for Sanlúcar at this time of year. However, the host's had provided plenty of extra blankets and we were able to use the aircon to effectively heat the room

Pros: Clean, comfortable, quiet room in traditional house set around central courtyard. In old town, within easy reach of shops/restaurants/bodegas. Good wifi. Very good value for money.

Cons: Room a bit cold when arrived, but soon warmed up when I turned the heater on. Otherwise, no real problems.

Fantastic little hotel, great value

Pros: This place is old-school in all the best ways. It's the kind of small, comfortable, local hotel you could imagine living in. The location couldn't be more central. The building is charming, historic, and thoughtfully decorated. The rooms are lovely, spacious and spotlessly clean. There is a nice little cafe where you can get breakfast, or a coffee or glass of wine to take up to the terrace. It's an absolute bargain for the price. Recommend.

Cons: Nada!

Very nice. Will consider this hotel for future visits to sanlucar.

Pros: Location perfect. Breakfast was an item by item choice you made in the cafe/bar. So not a buffet bar you might expect. Sufficient choice to start the day, and nice staff. Nice sun terrace upstairs. It is possible to book parking in the underground car park.

Pros: Excellent location, close to the bus station and centre of town. Very clean, simple room with comfortable beds. The whole decor across the hotel is typical Andalucian style, with lovely outdoor terraces, I felt immersed in the culture. Plenty of sunbeds and umberellas on the roof top patio and a small pool was a bonus. There is a small bar for coffee and refreshments. A lovely, relaxing ambience...charming. Excellent value for money.

Cons: I loved everything! Be aware that there is not a restaurant here but a charming bar packed with locals at breakfast time.

Enjoyable experience in general

Pros: Very convenient location in the town centre, nice and quiet during the night, good bathroom facilities and breakfast service

Cons: No view from my room since I was on the ground floor

Pros: Hotel is in the centre of Sanlúcar de Barrameda. Access a short walk from town and all restaurants and Sherry Bodegas. Car parking is available on request. Secure cellar parking. This was our second time in this Hotel. We will go back again soon.

Pros: Amazing place so clean so friendly the roof top terrace and poo are amazing if I return I will book a room on the terrace spent the nights there chilling beautiful
