Exceeded expectations in every way

Pros: We attended during Carnaval. Given the location and the price, we did not have high expectations, but they exceeded them in every way. Room was larger than expected. Bed was very comfortable. Window opened onto the main street that the Carnaval Parade goes down. Breakfast was better than we had expected and stayed open until 11:30am. Staff always friendly

Pros: Staff were very nice and helpful.We also got a free upgrade. And they called us after we checked out that we had forgotten stuff in the fridge. Breakfast was very good with a good selection of produce. Room and onsuite bathroom were spacious.

Cons: Can't think of anything worth mentioning.

This hotel is definitely to be recommended.

Pros: Great location. All sightseeings by walking distance. Very nice breakfast and helpfull staff.

Pros: It’s a little faded and basic but the staff are so nice we five it 11 stars . Give them a raise

Excellent, modern hotel with great front desk staff!

Pros: Nice modern hotel with super-helpful front desk staff. Great location for both the beach and the city.

Cons: My only minor criticism would be that the bathroom mirrors are set far too low!

Cons: Nothing All good!

Pros: Great location outside the old town but within easy reach by foot. One street away from the beach and also parking on site. Staff on reception were very helpful and friendly. Room was comfortable. We didn't eat there as only 1 night. Would definitely recommend.

Great hotel well positioned for exploring Cadiz town and beach.

Pros: A great hotel slightly away from the old town but close to the beach. Nice facilities, great sized room, friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location if you don’t mind a stroll into town. However there is a bus stop right outside the hotel with a regular service into town. No pool, however you’re a few minutes away from the lovely beach ! Excellent buffet breakfast with evening supper options.

Cons: It was all pretty good, maybe the air con was slightly windy - but at least there was air con !

Absolutely brilliant

Pros: Location was excellent just behind the beach front and great for walking into the old town. The breakfast is very good but the best thing about this hotel is the staff. The receptionists are so friendly and helpful - didn’t need the tourist information office. Nothing was too much trouble and the bar, restaurant and housekeepers were all so friendly, polite and efficient.
