Pros: Location was perfect for our needs. Owner communication was exceptional. The apartment it self was lovely, we didn’t use any facilities, but it had everything.

Cons: Not much storage, but for our 2 nights it wasn’t a problem

Outstanding

Pros: Alvaro’s apartment is a truly unique spot to stay at while in Jerez. The loft is not only conveniently and comfortably furnished, with easy check-in/check-out, but first and foremost fine-tuned to the minute details. It’s more of an experience than a typical place to live. On top of that, it is located just a few steps away from the main square and also quite close to some parking spaces (both paid and free of charge). If you plan to drop by in Jerez look no further than this.

Romantisch, die ganzen Fotos haben Recht

Pros: Die Bilder zeigen es, total romantisch. Super Ausstattung mit ganz vielen Kaffeekapseln. Mit den Kerzen und Lichtern wunderschön.

Cons: Die Fenster sind zum Innenhof und damit ist es ziemlich düster. Für die Romantik super, im Sommer bei unendlicher Sonne vielleicht auch, aber im November hat uns Licht gefehlt.

2 jours magnifiques lors de la semaine sainte.

Pros: Emplacement idéal, à 1 minute du centre. places de parc à 5 minutes à pieds. Appartement très original.

Cons: Il faudrait juste préciser qu'il faut faire suivre le code de la serrure de l'appartement par un symbole. Petits travaux d'entretien à effectuer avant que cela ne devienne trop tard (légers dégâts)

Loft muy chic😍

Pros: Todo en general. Loft acogedor con detalles muy chic y estilo retro.Ubicación excelente y trato muy servicial por parte de su propietario Álvaro.

Cons: Para decir algo pues quizás que no sé dispongan de armarios cerrados para guardar la ropa.Son abiertos y estan en el salón que sé ubica en la planta de abajo. Y a pesar de estar bién iluminado,las luces son calidas y es como que no es muy diafano. Pero nada que decir.

Pros: Piso decorado muy cuco, tal y como sale en las fotos. Muy bien ubicado. Limpio. Con todo lo necesario. Espacio mas que suficiente para dejar todas las cosas…la comunicacion con propietario rapidisima, super correcto todo!!!

Cons: Por poner algo… estaria bien alguna luz mas (las velas quedan geniales pero tener que ir encendiendo y apagando una a una…) y nos hubiera ido bien tener un rollo de papel cocina…
