Beautiful traditional feeling apartment with modern tasteful decoration and excellent customer care

Pros: The property was beautiful, much nicer than on the photos. Spacious, authentic and traditional, tastefully decorated, air conditioning throughout, comfy beds and powerful shower. Everything you could need for a long or short stay, dish washer, washing machine, kitchen. The customer service was outstanding throughout. The whatsapp chat service was helpful and responded throughout my stay with personal care. Whoever manages this chat is a credit really elevated my stay and My enjoyment felt like a priority throughout. I cannot recommend enough. I would definitely return. On a side note jerez is beautiful!

Perfect location and fabulous spanish character of the building

Pros: Fantastic location and lovely traditional character of the apartment. Very comfortable, clean and modern appliances.

Cons: wifi wouldn't be accessed from the bedroom

Great Centrsl

Pros: In general we were happy with the apartment, it was great for the few days we stayed. Nicely furnished in a perfectly central location. Had everything we needed. Excellent communication with the owners/letting agent.

Cons: The floor was a little dirty which was fine once we swept it, the water didn’t drain away in the master bedroom en-suite shower which was reported but not resolved, this wasn’t too concerning as we used the second bathroom. The entry locks were a little problematic, the main complex door didn’t release via WiFi on phone but this was ok once another tenant let us in and we got the main key and the keypad entry to the apartment failed on our third day and we were locked out for 5 hours but this was resolved as promptly as possible. This appeared to be a newly refurbished complex so we expected a few minor issues, once fully resolved it will be great place to stay!

Pros: L appartement est idéalement situé et très confortable en plus d être très bien décoré !

Apartamento espacioso con excelente calidad-precio

Pros: El alojamiento es muy amplio, viajábamos dos familias y nuestro apartamento era excepcional para eso. Además está en pleno centro de Jerez, al lado de la catedral. Mucho espacio, buenos baños, plancha, secador... y de la cocina no utilizamos nada pero creo que hay un mínimo equipamiento que puede ser útil.

Pros: Estuvo todo genial. La ubicación inmejorable, el piso súper bonito.

Pros: Die Lage war großartig, schön ruhig und in wenigen Minuten im Geschehen. Wir waren im Dezember dort und Heitfunktion der Klimaanlage hat in jedem Zimmer gut funktioniert. Das Apt. 10 hat einen separaten Eingang auf dem Dach und eine tolle Aussicht auf die Kathedrale. Das Einchecken war kontaktlos und völlig problemlos möglich, Öffnung der Türen mittels Codes. Die Wohnung hatte hohe Decken und türkis gestrichene Dachbalken, was sie gemütlich machte. Die Betten waren bequem. Sauber war es auch, was möchte man mehr!

Pros: Estoy encantado por el apartamento me parecío muy cómodo y acogedor, me gusto todo los que avía y se puede notar que le da mucha atención al apartamento

Cons: Cuando vaya a jerez sin dudas voy a reservar de nuevo con ustedes

Pros: Me encantó todo en general , la limpieza ,la comodidad, y lo mejor de la ubicación. TODO EXCELENTE.

Pros: El apartamento en sí, y la ubicación donde esta situado.

Cons: Echamos en falta que hubiera más cantidad de vajilla y que no hubiera utensilios de cocina (colador, secamanos..). Y el papel higiénico era malo, muy fino. Y no sabíamos que para ir a la habitación teniamos que subir una escaleras con muchos escalones. No recomendable si va algún matrimonio mayor, como era nuestro caso.
