Ubicación excelente

Pros: La ubicación del inmueble y sus vistas. Por otro lado se agradece que la cocina cuente con todo lo necesario y esté en buenas condiciones.

Cons: El sofá era incómodo... imagino que sería sofá cama. Y la TV resulta muy pequeña teniendo en cuenta la distancia al sofá.

Pros: Ubicación inmejorable. Plaza de parking. Dos habitaciones y dos baños. Las vistas desde el salón y una de las habitaciones son espectaculares.

Cons: Importante saber que la piscina está abierta solo en temporada. Booking detalla que está abierta todo el año y el propietario nos explicó que únicamente por temporada.

Pros: La ubicación del apartamento con unas vistas inmejorables. La amabilidad del propietario y de la persona encargada de la gestión del mismo. Todo facilidades. Como siempre un placer.

Big comfortable apartment with fantastic view

Pros: Fantastic view on Cadiz and Atlantic ocean. Comfortable beds and good sound/light isolation. Parking. Close to some interesting places such as flamingo lagoon and historical centers of Santa Maria and Cadiz (driving/boat is needed to reach them though).

Pros: Sin duda las vistas que tiene desde el salón. El apartamento esta muy cuidado y es precioso!! Un 10 😊 el chico que nos entregó las llaves, muy majo, y flexible para la hora de abandonar el apartamento. Gracias 🙂

Schönes Apartment mit fantastischere Aussicht.

Pros: Wir waren hier 1 Woche in der Nebensaison, dementsprechend war es sehr entspannt in Allen Bereichen. Die Wohnung liegt direkt an der Promenade und hat im eingezäunten Hof einen Privatparkplatz. Der Ausblick war fantastisch. Die Schlüsselübergabe war pünktlich und problemlos. Bei Fragen kam die Antwort immer sehr schnell. Der Gastgeber war freundlich und flexibel bei Anfragen. Wir können die Unterkunft absolut weiter empfehlen.

Cons: Bei der Ausstattung wäre aus unserer Sicht ein Staubsauger angebracht und ein paar Putzmittel für die Grundreinigung. Das Kochgeschirr sollte teilweise ausgetauscht werden.
