La Joya de la Caleta. A 60 mts playa.

Pros: The location (just meters from the beach and the historic center), the cleanliness, and the very comfortable mattress. The apartment also had everything we needed, from coffee to an umbrella and chairs for beach days. The host exceeded our expectations, providing us with key information to enjoy Cadiz like a local and taking the time to welcome us in person.

Excellent! Definitely a place to return to when I travel to Cadiz next time!

Pros: The location is really excellent: 3 mins wallking to the beach, and at the same time in a super nice, cosy neighbourhood of the old town. The appartment is in a shared space, the other people there were friendly. There is also a small indoor court, where I left my bike over night. And the bus stop is also very close, in front of the beach. Thanks a lot for offering oil, vinegar and salt in the kitchen!

Cons: - It would be useful to also provide one or two kitchen towels, to avoid having to use paper towls that you can only trow away after use. - Some nights it was a bit noisy from other apartments.

Pros: Pepe the owner and his niece M.Paz very helpful. Pepe available at all times on WhatsApp and gave good recommendations. Place just a few minutes from beach, restaurants and bus stop and 10 mins onto town.

Great stay.Pepe is an unbelievable host.His meet and greet was invaluable and extremely necessary.

Pros: The location was excellent but even though the unit was convenient,it was small,particularly the bathroom.Pepe is an outstanding host and his meet and greet was essential particularly because we had a vehicle to park.The unit was clean and had everything we needed

Cons: The bathroom is very small but on the positive side you don't need to spend much time in there

Great apartment in Cadiz

Pros: The apartment felt like home,the household items ie toilet rolls,washing liquid and conditioner, washing up liquid,also there was coffee,tea sugar,olive oil,we didn't need to buy anything. We did our washing and dried it on the washing line on the roof with pegs supplied. The residents in the building were very friendly. Very very good location for the beach the city ,car parking,restaurants,bus stops. We would definitely recommend a stay at this apartment. Pepe the owner gave us lots and lots of information about Cadiz

Pros: Pepe was a wonderful host who went over and above to welcome us and give us recommendations on where to go and what to do in Cádiz and surrounding areas. The flat itself is in a perfect location right next to La Caleta beach and central for exploring the rest of the old town. The flat had everything you could possibly need and was very comfortable for our 5-night stay. We won’t hesitate to return next time we’re in Cádiz!

Pros: Me encantó lo cerca que está de La Caleta, que es lo que buscaba y encantador y super atento el sueño del apartamento, muy bien la proximidad del Aparcamiento,aunque sea de pago, no es caro y la ubicación excepcional, hemos pasado 3 días estupendos muy recomendable , repetiremos!, muchas gracias!

Cons: Por poner pegas con posibilidad de mejora, la terminación de la obra de adecuación del apartamento deja un poquito que desear, hay que darle un repasillo y se hecha de menos un espejo grande de cuerpo entero..,

Pros: Todo fue una auténtica maravilla. Pepe es un anfitrión excelente tanto en la previa entrada en la casa y en el envío de la información de su ciudad en cuanto a actividades, ocio y restaurantes y es un detalle impresionante. Te sientes como en casa, el apartamento es precioso con un estilo muy chulo decorado y no le falta de nada. Sin duda volveré a Cádiz a este apartamento porque no solo se trata del alojamiento sino de la calidez humana de Pepe que consigue con su carácter y amabilidad que quieras repetir pronto.

Propieterio atento y cordial, estancia satisfactoria.

Pros: El trato con el propietario, la situación, buena calefacción. En el apartamento había lo necesario para pasar unos días. En conjunto, recomendamos éste alojamiento.

Cons: Limpieza algo mejorable, una pequeña mesa en la cocina sería útil. Se oye bastante ruido de los vecinos y también cuando llueve, de un voladizo de plástico que está en el patio de luces.
