Super Wohnung, top ausgestattet und super Lage!
Pros: Sehr saubere und gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Bequeme Betten und der Jacuzzi auf der Terrasse ist ein echtes Highlight. Es stehen außerdem Fahrräder, Strandstühle und Sonnenschirm zur Verfügung, was bei Anreisen mit dem Flugzeug toll war. Die Lage mit 2 Minuten Fußweg zum Strand la Caleta und am Rand der Altstadt sind prima. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Bars in der Nähe.
Cons: Leider etwas hellhörig, obwohl es die oberste Etage ist. Man hat doch recht viel von dem Mieter darunter gehört. Es ist ratsam mit einem kleinen Auto zu kommen, da das Einparken in die Garage für ungeübte Fahrer eher spektakulär ist.

Really happy with my choice...
Pros: The hot tub on the deck was fab. So many towels for use for the beach and the hot tub- this is a really nice touch. I absolutely loved the terrace. Well equipped kitchen. Comfy beds. Tv with Netflix etc. Plenty of space inside and amazing location near the beach and lovely tapas bars. It's one of the best areas in the city - it feels authentic and has that rugged Cadiz charm. I would happily stay again.
Cons: It's been mentioned before - but it's more so to be aware of the key/garage situation. I'd love to stay again, but I would genuinely suck it up and pay to park around the corner in one of the lots! I had a small car.. getting in was fine, but with the angle of the ramp and the garage getting out was a total nightmare! To collect the keys out of hours I suggest parking/pulling in quickly on Calle Prof Alcina Quesada and the keys are found in a lockbox a few steps away from here. From there, if you wish, you can even move luggage easily the two streets over before parking in their garage or in one of the paid lots nearby.(You can't stay parked on that street) Again, my thoughts on this are to use a public parking site. I'm not docking any marks for this because they clearly state the parking parameters and in truth, it's good to have the option if you've a teeny tiny car!

Superbe week-end en famille dans une belle ville espagnole et dans un magnifique appartement.
Pros: L’appartement est très confortable, très bien équipé, propre et très bien situé, à deux pas de la plage et de l’autre côté, à deux pas d’une petite rue magnifique remplie de restaurants. Le jacuzzi est un gros plus surtout vu le monde à la plage le dimanche.

Tolle Wohnung an bester Lage
Pros: Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet. Wir hatten alles was wir brauchten. Es war sehr sauber und die Betten waren auch mega bequem. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt rundum genossen. Zu Fuss hat man eine Minute an den Strand und ins Zentrum sind es auch nur 5-10 Minuten zu Fuss.
Cons: Die Garage war sehr eng. Das wurde uns aber auch entsprechend mitgeteilt. Wir waren mit einem VW Taigo da und konnten gerade so rein und wieder raus manövrieren. Mit einem kleineren Auto ist es kein Problem, mit einem grösseren würde ich es nicht wagen.

Excelente, volveria sin dudarlo
Pros: El piso es estupendo, ademas de estar super bonito, limpio y moderno, cuenta con Jacuzzi al aire libre que funciona perfectamente y luego de un paseo a lo largo del dia nada mejor que relajarte en el Jacuzzi, mis hijos quedaron encantados y nos hemos sentido como en casa; ademas cuenta con Bicicletas en buen estado y hemos hecho un recogido genial, quedamos encantados. La ubicacion es fantastica ya que estas a solo unos metros de la plaza la Caleta podras disfrutar de ella y ver el atardecer que es increible desde ese punto; muy cerca tienes Supermercados, Restaurantes y Bares, me quede con ganas de mas volveria sin dudarlo, Muchas gracias.
Cons: Mi coche no pudo entrar en el Parking por ser muy grande, pero igualmente tienes un parking 24h muy cerca que cobran 14 euros la noche.

Pros: Ottima posizione, jacuzzi in terrazzo ad uso esclusivo. Mai visto un appartamento così ben attrezzato. Personale molto disponibile. Mille suggerimenti su cosa fare e dove mangiare in una guida redatta dai proprietari.
Cons: All'ingresso della struttura, al piano terra sul pianerottolo, c'è spesso un po' di cattivo odore, ma l'appartamento è al terzo piano, è non si sente minimamente

Pros: Nous avons tout aimé . L’appartement est très bien situé dans le vieux Cadix, très confortable et très bien équipé
Cons: La descente au parking est redoutable , nous avions un TCROSS . Par contre le box est très grand

Pros: Alles sehr Unkompliziert: Ankunft sowie Late Check out. Hefter mit Informationen zur Wohnung und Cádiz ist hervorragend!
Cons: Kaffeemaschine am ersten Tag außer Funktion. Keine Lösung trotz umgehende Info an Personal.
