TERRAZA-Caleta Beach Home by Cadiz4Rentals

This is an ideal base for break in lovely Cádiz. I’d happily come back again.

Pros: In an excellent location, close to lots of good tavernas. Well laid out and spacious property with terrace. Having 2 shower rooms was a bonus.

Cons: Nothing.

Lovely 2 bed apartment near the sea

Pros: Liked the layout, the location right near the beach, the style/decor and quality of furnishings, the key code entry, the fabulous Ultramarinos shop opposite!

Cons: It is somewhat overlooked so a bit difficult to walk around and see out at the same time. Also, in winter v difficult to dry anything that gets wet (but that’s Cadiz).

Perfect location and lovely apartment

Pros: The location is absolutely perfect. Just across from gorgeous La Caleta and in the centre of a lively local lifestyle. But be aware (as clearly stated by Cadiz4Rentals) the building work is across a v small street so you'll be woken early to the sounds of singing builders!!!The support from Cadiz4Rentals was excellent. The apartment has two generous en-suite bedrooms. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen and living area are fine. The roof terrace is a beautiful big bonus. Overall it was a genuinely good experience and I'd have every confidence recommending the apartment.

Cons: As with life, and there were a few niggles! These are some suggestions for improvement. The TV is on a beautiful wooden coat stand which is, unfortunately, very precarious for the TV. The couch and chairs aren't comfortable and the couch felt grotty - it's a sofa-bed so I guess that's why but covers/cushions needed a good clean.There are a lot of pretty - but unnecessary ornaments - they could be replaced with more useful kitchen utensils which were lacking. Generally I'd say aim towards practical rather than decorative - but that's just my own personal taste. Cushions and covers need to be washed after every stay. Because we stayed for two weeks with some rainy days, these things became more obvious and at the end of a long season, maybe the apartment just needs a good deep clean.

Cosy, light filled apartment

Pros: Loved the layout and location, well equipped, great showers. Fantastic light, so many windows!

Beautiful apartment close to everything.

Pros: The property was perfect for two couples, with ideal arrangement of bedrooms and bathrooms. The whole place is nicely furnished and decorated, and the roof terrace was a great bonus. Location is perfect for beachfront, local bars and restaurants, and a 25 minute walk from the station. The staff at the agency were all super helpful.

Cons: Nothing.

Great property in a beautiful city and staff was very responsive to any questions and providing information.

Pros: Great location close to water and old town. Very comfortable and nicely decorated for a beach house feel. The terrace access was a nice extra as well.

Cons: Property was great and glad we got there but had to redo a lot of our trip due to flooding and rail repairs. Just a reminder that if you book this with no cancellation policy they will not cancel for any reason or fee.

Lluviosa pero fantástica escapada a Cádiz

Pros: La ubicación perfecta para visitar el centro de Cádiz. La cercanía al paseo marítimo. Su comodidad. La decoración. La comodidad de las camas (para mi gusto). Que tenga dos baños. La facilidad de comunicación con la empresa que lo alquila.

Cons: A mí no me afecta personalmente pero hay que tener en cuenta que no es accesible para personas con dificultades motoras puesto que hay escaleras para acceder a la vivienda.

Pros: Die Lage und das nette Ehepaar, das alles in Schuss hält.

Cons: Es war ein Parkplatz angegeben und das war dann nicht so.

Superbe

Pros: Appartement très joliment décoré et extrêmement bien situé.

CASA MERAVIGLIOSA

Pros: Posizione eccellente, proprietari gentilissimi. Casa molto bella, arredata benissimo e silenziosa, con terrazza condominiale. 2 bagni puliti e ben attrezzati

Cons: Uno dei 2 letti matrimoniali era abbastanza scomodo. ci sono molte scale, non la consiglierei a chi ha problemi di motilità
