Overall a comfortable and spacious apartment located next to the beach. More information on the local area would be appr

Pros: Great location overlooking the beach. Apartment was clean and fresh. Communication was good with the company and check-in was smooth. Access to pool area (and onsite restaurant) Own parking space was a bonus though method of getting in and out of carpark was cumbersome. A buzzer would be of more use which we noticed other property owners had

Cons: Very little supplies provided - for example no dishcloths to dry dishes. No washing powder for washing machine and only 1 dishwasher tablet. Beds were flat and quite hard. Shower in main bedroom was excellent but shower in other bathroom wasnt really usable as it faced out to the floor and caused water to spill out. Everyone used the main shower instead. No Netflix Pictures suggested a balcony so this was slightly disappointing

Muy buena estancia

Pros: El apartamento está muy bien. Muy nuevo y cuidado. Limpio, amplio y con una ubicación excelente. Vistas estupendas. Plaza de aparcamiento enfrente del portal. Si tienes cualquier problemilla o pregunta te atienden enseguida, a través de un número de WhatsApp que te proporcionan. Son muy amables.

Cons: No hay opción en la TV de acceso a Netflix u otras cadenas de pago. Echamos de menos alguna almohada extra y un mando a distancia para abrir y cerrar el acceso al parking (hay que bajarse del coche para utilizar la llave)

Pros: Estaba muy limpio y en muy buenas condiciones, grande, muy bien ubicado y con todo el menaje necesario. Todas las habitaciones con ventilador y aire acondicionado, una cocina estupenda y un salón amplio con vistas al mar.

Cons: Había un par de tazas rotas. Eso fue todo lo negativo. 😆

Pros: la ubicación , la amplitud del apartamento y las vistas

Cons: la hora de entrada me pareció tarde, cuando llegamos aún estaba mojado el piso, y había dormitorios sin limpiar, la televisión no se veía y a pesar de haberlo notificado no lo solucionaron

Pros: El piso estaba bastante bien, la ubicación depende de la idea que lleves, es una zona muy tranquila en primera linea de playa . Si buscas más ocio y vida nocturna está lejos del centro del puerto santa maría , pero en general muy bien

Cons: No había bayeta ni estropajo ni fairy ni trapo de cocina o por lo menos durante nuestra estancia , por el resto muy completo
