Casa Palacio Luna

Nice comfortable, clean apartment, good location.

Pros: Great location, not far to walk for the ferry to Cadiz, Dia supermarket around the corner, bars and restaurants nearby. We were in an apartment with 2 single beds that were very comfortable, memory foam mattresses and pillows. It was nice and clean, although a little dated. It just about had everything we needed for a short stay. River walk down to one of the beaches. It’s a good idea to take/rent bikes as you can get around to see different areas/beaches. You can take bikes on the ferry to Cádiz, there are cycle lanes around there. Would stay again

Cons: Could have done with a few more utensils in the kitchen: chopping board, dinner plates.

Pros: The apartment is cozy (slightly old interior) and is located in an excellent location. A kettle would have been nice! It is located on the first floor (not the ground floor), it is clean and there is enough light (both rooms have windows to the street). The beds are quite soft.

Pros: I made a booking for casa palacio luna but received a message to go to house of lions on the way. The young man on reception said it was too early to check in at Palacio Luna but could stay at house of lions for same price. The exterior and reception area was lovely as was the inner courtyard so i said i would stay in a first floor room.

Cons: First impression of the room was not great. It was a long narrow arrangement ftom kitchen area to sitting to bedroom to bathroom. The fittings and decoration did not match the exterior couch in particular was a bit scruffy and not comfortable 2 people might have been pushing it. The bed was comfortable and the hesting worked well.The tv was small and no foreign language stations. I asked about a roof terrace and was told on the 3rd floor. This was a bonus as there were loungers to lie on and a ressonable view of the town skyscape. I stayed for a second night. Located midway between the station and bullring close to river thiugh that was spoiled by extensive work after yatch club

Nice apartment with a cute balcony.

Pros: The apartment is in a quiet location of El Puerto de Santa María. The beds were very comfortable. The apartment contains everything which a traveler could need: hairdryer, iron, towels and there was a washing machine, which I found great. There were a bottle of water, tea and sugar. The apartment was very clean and had a cute balcony. I am very satisfied and recommend this apartment.

Excellent experience, would book this property again

Pros: The property was exactly as was described and as the pictures show. The staff member who dealt with checking me in and out was also brilliant and couldn’t be more healthy.

Pros: Todo fantástico y nos han dado un apartamento más grande al tenerlo libre.

MUY BUEN ALOJAMIENTO

Pros: El alojamiento está muy céntrico. A 1 minuto del centro, muy bien equipado y tanto el chico de recepción como el servicio de limpieza muy atentos en todo momento. Sin duda una gran opción si vienes de viaje al Puerto de Santa María.

Cons: Lo único que no nos gustó fueron las almohadas. Muy finas e incómodas. Solicitamos dos almohadas más para ponerlas dobles y sin problema nos las dieron, pero si vienes a descansar te gusta que por la noche puedas hacerlo comodamente.

Pros: Atención del personal. La limpieza es de 10 . Ubicación en el centro .

Cons: La chica de recepción, por ser un grupo de jóvenes nos trató de malas maneras y con cierta arrogancia hasta que llegó una señora de limpieza que nos ayudó.

Pros: Estaba en muy buena ubicación y el piso estaba muy bien
