Great stay!

Pros: Great location, historical building. Very well equiped, comfortable flat.

Lovely!

Pros: Great location. Lovely apartment - very well decorated. Bed could have been slightly larger! Apartment was very quiet - and close to both parking and lovely street for coffee and shopping.

Cons: Electronic entry via Homeit App did not allow for flexibility and was very impersonal. However, Asun from innCadiz was very helpful.

Beautiful apartment at perfect location

Pros: With beautiful views from the window at the plaza de San Antonio, the apartment is perfectly located. It's in a beautiful building and the apartment has high ceilings. The bedroom has no window to outside, but is nice, quite and with a comfortable bed. There is airconditioning both in the living room and in the bedroom. There is a great kitchen, although we didn't used it much, with dishwasher and washing machine. Don't forget to see the amazing view from the rooftop!

Cons: It could be cleaner.

Pleasant with no hitches.

Pros: Perfectly sited overlooking a pretty square. Car park right in front of building. High quality refurbishing of an old building including a modern lift. Apartment clean and freshly decorated. Electric door opening and locking system easy to use and efficient.

Cons: The living area needs a rethink regarding the position of the sofa, tv and power sockets. For the two us, just staying a couple of nights, it was fine but I can envisage problems for three pax staying a week. The bedroom window leads onto the stairs.

Everything is first quality and the host gives you immediate attention.

Pros: Top notch historic property in the center of the old town.

Cons: Nothing that the property controls. Neighbor quick to complain when I failed to stop talking as I closed the common front door late in the evening.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in sehr guter Lage

Pros: Die Wohnung ist ansprechend eingerichtet und mit allen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet. Das Fenster zum Platz macht sie auch schön hell. Nachts ist es ruhig. Man befindet sich mitten in der Stadt und erreicht die interessanten Sehenswürdigkeiten und das Meer einfach zu Fuß. Das schlüssellose Konzept hat gut funktioniert. Auch das Parken in der Tiefgarage unter dem Platz ist sehr angenehm.

Cons: Ein Bewohner der Nachbarwohnung hat tagsüber öfters laute Gespräche geführt, die recht deutlich zu hören waren. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung, typisch für einen Altbauwohnung, recht hellhörig. Aber, wie oben beschrieben, ist es nachts ruhig.

Pros: Me gustó todo, la ubicación es perfecta y el apartamento super bonito con todo perfecto ordenado y limpio.

Magnífico apartamento, excelente localización y anfitrión rápido y prestativo

Pros: Ubicación, rápida respuesta del anfitrión, limpieza, apartamento muy bonito,... Todo, en resumen

Cons: El único punto negativo es el coste de los parking que hay alrededor.
