Highly recommend

Pros: The location was excellent, a short walk to all the sites! Our host Javier met us on day 1 and gave us excellent tips on where to eat- and all were very very good. He also helped us with organising taxis. Comfy beds, good showers. Only thing the couch in lounge was uncomfortable, but we didn’t spend much time there as were out and about!

Cons: Nothing!

Very comfortable apartment in central location.

Pros: Location is excellent - very close to parking & many great bars and restaurants. The apartment is spacious with two separate bedrooms. The kitchen is a little small but then we did not use it very much. Overall the building is extremely quiet which was great for sleeping!

Cons: There are no luggage racks in the bedrooms which is frustrating because we are used to having these in hotels to put luggage higher. A table and/or dressing table with mirror is needed to sit and put make-up.

Cons: These are all small details, but for such an expensive apartment you’d expect it to be just so: Coffee machine, one of those cheap, barely functional pod things Outside lighting - way more needed Leave more than 3 toilet rolls for 5 people for 4 nights Have much better quality shower / shampoo than the cheapest on the market

Pros: The location was superb right in the heart of the old town. The apartment is in a newly renovated building and immaculately presented.

Cons: My son said the sofa bad could have been comfier!!

Wonderful apartment in great area of town.

Pros: Great apartment, very nicely decorated and well equipped. Perfect for our family stay. Ultra comfortable beds, nice terrace, pleasant living area.

A great stay in a characterful location close to many good restaurants, parks and squares.

Pros: Light and airy apartment. Liked the flow of the living room and the hall to the bedrooms. The en-suite bedroom was great. Beds were all very comfortable and plenty of storage in all rooms. Kitchen was well-equipped. Good to have a washing machine. We liked the terrace- a suntrap with some shade in the afternoon.

Cons: Sofa was hard and uncomfortable. The armchairs looked nice but were not comfortable for any length of time. The plant pots on the terrace needed some attention- and more plants added plus irrigation.

Pros: Close to everything. Restaurants bars cafes the beach.The apartment was lovely.

Cons: There is an internal pump in the building. Not sure what it was a water pump or aircon but it went on Like every 10 or 20 mins for 10 seconds. Nobody else heard it until last night. I heard it for 3 of the 4 nights ! It could drive you crazy..Other than that the place was great.

Beautiful modern apartment

Pros: Beautiful modern apartment on a quiet street. Perfect for our group of three adults and two children. We really appreciated the location in a historic neighbourhood with local restaurants and small bars. It’s a short walk to the beach and the romantic Parque Genoves. And the owner was extremely helpful.

A well located, modern property on the heart of Cádiz

Pros: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - a well located apartment in the heart of Cádiz! Easy walking distance to cultural sights, bars and restaurants! Facilities were more than adequate- a larger and more up to date kettle would have enhanced our stay!! Lots of useful information provided by Genteel and Susana was on hand to answer any questions! We would recommend this property!

Will def be back to enjoy the same again. -perfect
