Pros: Todo. Lo acogedor que es, la ubicación, la atención por parte de la agencia.

Pros: La ubicación es muy céntrica con parking de pago a 2 minutos. El apartamento esta completamente reformado y cuenta con todas las comodidades

Cons: El edificio es una casa con patio típica de la zona centro de la ciudad con mucha historia y el paso del tiempo es evidente. Planta tercera sin ascensor.

Sehr schöne modern eingerichte Wohnung in Altstadtviertel

Pros: Moderne stylische Einrichtung, top Küchenausstattung, sehr schönes Badezimmer, Betten bequem. Im Parkhaus St. Barbara kann man für 10,-€ pro Tag parken, der link den wir bekommen haben zum vorab reservieren hat ausgebucht angezeigt aber vor Ort haben wir gesehen dass noch Plätze frei waren, also nicht abschrecken lassen.

Cons: Leider kein Aufzug in den 3.Stock.

Cons: El acceso al mismo, el portal muy viejo y cuando entras asusta, hasta que no llegas al apartamento en si!
