Excellent location in Cadiz, great apartment. This would be my first choice accommodation in Cadiz.

Pros: Excellent location. Very well equipped, modern apartment. Comfortable, easy access, clean and exactly as described. Car park was an excellent bonus, I have a Citroen Berlingo and had no problems at all with access. A/C was effective and silent, did what it was meant to do.

Cons: The supermarket below had early morning deliveries that were very noisy.

Pros: Location The house in general, specially the decoration and the fact that has parking space. The attention of our host and constant communication.

Cons: The sofa bed needs to be replaced as it can be unpleasant after a night sleep. Other than that, it was very good.

Nice Stay in Walkable Cadiz

Pros: Nice location on a lively street with a lot of cafes, restaurants and tapas bars. 5 minute walk to the main pedestrian walk / bike batch along the ocean and 5 minute walk to Caleta Beach. The alarm system is good to make sure you don't oversleep and get all of your tourist events in for the day, there is a Dia grocery store directly beneath and deliveries are made there every morning at 7:30 AM, 8:30 AM on Saturdays, and you will hear doors slamming and wheels moving across the cobble stone taking pallets off the truck and delivering them to Dia.

Cons: The bed and the pillows. Both my spouse and I thought they were uncomfortable. Would stay here again in the future only if I was assured a new bed and bigger, sturdier pillows have replaced the current ones.

Pros: Ubicación, parking propio y la zona , cerca de todo

Cons: Hay un supermercado Día, debajo y a las 8 de la mañana ,no paran de entrar mercancía. Muy ruidoso a esas horas. El sofá cama, no era muy comodo

Pros: Top Lage, sauber, Tiefgarage für unser Motorrad mit Fahrstuhl

Pros: La ubicación era inmejorable, piso muy acogedor, buena ventilación e iluminación. La agencia super bien . A pesar de estar justo en el centro de la Viña en pleno Carnaval , al cerrar ventanas no entra el ruido.

Cons: Lo único que no hay estropajo para poder fregar , aunque tenemos lavavajillas , es una pena ponerlo quizás para dos platos solo

Pros: Super central. Sehr geschmackvoll und funktionell eingerichtet. Parkplatz direkt im Keller ( aber wirklich nur mit kleinem Fahrzeug angenehm nutzbar). Küche ist für einen kurzen Aufenthalt gut ausgestattet. Alles funktioniert. Für uns, die gerne Kochen, auch im Urlaub, wären folgende Dinge nützlich gewesen: Mehr Besteck, als nur 4 Sets (man muss da gleich spülen per Hand), eine größere Salatschüssel, Abteockenhandtuch) Kommunikation mit der Vermietungsagentur, angenehm und schnell.

Pros: świetna lokalizacja (kto nie lubi gwaru ulicy z knajpami niech nie wybiera); parking podziemny w budynku (wąsko, trudno dla większego auta); duża łazienka; czysto; sprawna i wydajna klimatyzacja; sprawna i sympatyczna obsługa w biurze wynajmu mieszkań (odbiór kluczy w jest w innym miejscu niż mieszkanie);

Cons: Stara zmywarka, która przeciekała od frontu. Lodówka wymagająca odświeżenia. Przesadne ograniczenie w dostępie do detergentów (1 torebka do prania, 2 kostki do zmywarki - za mało na kilka dni pobytu);
